Inflated prices cash grab
Late by 20 mins from booking time i was given. Came out did not remove shoes quoted $1200 to put 2 ceiling fans in way too inflated price i was quoted everywhere else. Dont deal with this mob.

notified me 25 min before arrival. Saw what we needed, showed me an estimate, proceeded with replacing a module in a ceiling fan. Found dodgy work done by the original installer! Done correctly now! Fit me in the day after calling. Happy as a clam I am.
I had 3 Ceiling fans installed. My electrician was Orlando and he was fabulous. Very personable, professional and efficient.

The worst experience I’ve had
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had was with this company that was hired to replace my existing ceiling lights with smart lighting. I was bullied into allowing them. To do this job and with a sword by the electrician PAUL that knew everything that was about smart lighting and was able to set this up without a problem. They were here till 5 pm and were unable to do anything to help me and blamed everybody of their own sheer incompetenc. It was one of the most stressful. Experiences I’ve ever had I was yelled at. I was talked down to at one point. I was told that they’re doing me a favour by setting these lights up. They could’ve just left them and left which is absolute rubbish and to make matters worse. They left off the breaker switches leading me without lights at night so I had to call them at 9 o’clock at night to have an electrician come over and fix up our mistake so I could have lights in my bathroom and kitchen. It was a very stressful and quite depressing experience. They said that a lot of people don’t have smart lighting which is incorrect and the website of this company mentions the fact that they do install smart lighting which is why I contacted them in the first place. None of these electricians knew what they were doing. A little guy to cost me $2000 also which I’m not paying at the moment and I have yet to receive any kind of apology from the company from the way I was treated. I am still waiting for the smart lights to be installed at time of writing this review..

Incompetent parasites
My mother, a recently bereaved widow, was ripped off by these jackals. She paid them $8000 to install a new hot water system. When it failed, next day, she was told to wait (by Gabby.) 48 hours later, cold water. All she wanted was a hot shower. These clowns can't arrange that - incompetent parasites.
Run away from these people!

Deceptive and unreasonable
No service provided yet they will not refund the call out fee that I was not told was non refundable.
I was told the technician would be here soon and on recalling 90 mins later was told he was stuck on a job and they would give me an hr notice. I asked to cancel and for a refund and was then told it was non refundable. Absolutely ridiculous service and experience. The technician was not event on his way. This was all through an ad that first stated "$0 call out fee today". Completely descriptive.
