I signed up with audiology ignite to produce leads and there is no doubt they can produce leads, these are not hot leads or even good leads these are leads that need a lot of work. I don't mind the work. I had hired a call center they are the one that recommended Audiology ignite but they were never able to convert the leads. I put Audiology ignite on hold until I found someone that could convert or a system that was automated. None of this was the issue. The issue is once they get your card they will continue to bill!!! They will not answer emails or phone calls, for the past 3-4 month I get invoice and they have attempted to take money out of my account. I intended to start up with them again but I will not do anymore business with them. Makes me wonder how they got a 5 star review. I hate to write bad reviews but I just received another invoice and tried to call them and just don't want any other small business to have to go through what we are going through.
