Do not come here for any traffic violations. They will not fight for you they will easily settle to the court and you will end up paying additional court fees and taking a driver improvement course. They will try to make you feel better saying you won’t have any points added but if you are looking for your violation to be dismissed save your money and time and find a real lawyer that will actually try to fight for you!

Over promise and under deliver. Used them for a speeding ticket and failure to present insurance. They first screwed up by only recording just 1 ticket on their end when I paid for both. Was insured just didn't have the physical card at the time of incident. Was promised it'll just be an easy dismiss, well, that didn't happen. When you first call, there were all these promises and they couldn't fulfill it. Do not use this lawyer for traffic tickets.

Horrible experience. I paid $ x,xxx and nothing was done for me. I literally got the same offer as if I would have went to court with a public defender. When you call for a quote they sound all promising over the phone but at the end it’s the complete opposite. Do not recommend them at all. Look else where or take the public defender and save the $$.

I have been relying on the legal services (traffic infractions) of Mr. Alain Rivas for almost 20yrs now, since he opened his first office here in Orlando. He has handled a variety of different cases for myself and for my family members, and I always refer him to anyone that I know that might need his services. Mecca his office manager does a great job with case management, and I would highly recommend that you contact his office for representation…You will not be disappointed!!
