Eric is a an angle from heaven. No one could fix my phone not even tech support. BUT ERIC DID IT. I am so happy with him and the Carmel Grey Hounds Pass store. Words can not express how wonderful and professional and smart he is. I will not go to any other AT&T store.

Be prepared to wait. They only had 2 reps to handle customer issues. I was simply returning my phone (as I upgraded to the iPhone 17 pro max) and waited in excess of 45 minutes simply to do a return of my old iPhone.

Great experience at a corporate site in Village Plaza. My CS representative was Derek K. and he was outstanding. Explained the situation and what I needed. He went right to work and came back with a great solution to my problems. He provided first step details, plan solution, and detailed cost structure. So great engaging face to face with an AT&T rep that knows what they’re talking about and not always wanting to upsell something. Thanks Derek. I’ll be back for sure.

Untrustworthy location. Ordered an iPhone 17 pro max in silver. One month later, an orange iphone arrived at my house. I returned to the store with the phone and explained the situation. Unfortunately, I was dismissed by the staff and given a call center number. After several hours on the phone, there was still no resolution. Back to the store, employee advises manager will need to assist but he isn’t available. Sends me away AGAIN with the store number, says it’s the managers ‘direct line’. What is going on here?

Brian did an amazing job! He helped us with a gnarly problem with an old phone and old account that took over an hour, but he stayed on the line with customer support with us.
