Great service from Nicholas. He was so kind and got my problem solved fast…. I will always use this att store for here on out!!!

I had the best agent in Derek. When transferring my service to AT and T it was becoming a futile procedure. Nothing seemed to be working. Derek took 3 hours with the other provider and myself to FINALLY rectify the situation. The level of customer service was incredible. In the long process, I feel like I made a friend, as well. So professional but so so kind! Businesses need to have more of these people! I’m glad I made the switch!

Husband went there to get a new phone at the Carmel location and the person who he came across told him he doesn’t have enough time to help him even though he showed up around 7:15pm. This guy literally had 45 minutes before the store closes and he refused to help. Since when has this store started hiring such incompetent people ? We have always had a good experience and me and the rest of the family are eligible for an upgrade but clearly won’t be going to this place and will happily drive out of our way to a store that has professional people who are willing to help. Very disappointed that this is the type of people AT&T hires at the Carmel location.

Great Customer Service at the ATT Greyhound Company store. Todd, Brandon and Dave are very knowledgable with all ATT has to offer. They are long time employee’s, prompt to help with my needs.! Hays off Gentlemen.!

My wife and I were in there yesterday to separate phone lines. The only thing we asked for was to separate our phone lines. Everything else needed to stay the same we were asked multiple times if that’s all we wanted to do and our response was yes I get home to find out that the person that switched our lines has added additional, paid features onto our account without our permission. They get paid when they add additional features and someone there must be so broke that they need a couple of dollars more than they need to be honest to the people walking in the door.

My wife and I visited the AT&T store at 2001 E Greyhound Pass. We had a broken iPhone. Mr. Derek Kellem greeted us. Derek Kellem's customer service was fantastic! Mr. Kellem's professionalism was commendable, and extremely helpful. I want to let you know that he went above and beyond to assist me every single time. He was kind to my wife and provided quick responses regarding an iPhone 15 purchase and other matters. As an example of above and beyond service, Mr Kellen noticed that our internet DSL coverage could be upgraded to Wireless Air at a REDUCED COST!! FANTASTIC! I immediately opted for Wireless Air. In addition, I bought THREE accessories at 20% discount. WOW! I was saving money and increasing protection for the new iPhone 15. Mr. Kellem is the BEST AT&T retail sales consultant. Thank you, Mr. Kellem and AT&T for making our experiences smoother and brighter. Mr. Kellem is a real asset to the AT&T Mobility team!

Have been in multiple times without resolution of problems and staff were extremely rude.

The workers take care of you and also work fast and are very nice. They helped me with everything I needed.

I had a great experience. I first went to a different store and walked out because they didn’t want to help me. But coming to the Carmel store was a great experience. Not only did they help me upgrade but they helped me save money on my plan. Thank you Derek for your great customer service.
