Excellent service and attentive sales representatives. No payment kiosk, but the excellent service makes it less necessary.

I’m not sure of the employee that was working tonight but this is the worst store i have ever been to. We walked into this store at 7pm and sat for an hour waiting to get into a new phone. He didn’t give me any information on when he could help as he was helping another customer. So 10 minutes before they close we asked when he’d be able to help and he informed us the store closed at 8pm and that he would likely not be able to help. He could have told us he wouldn’t have been able to help when we walked in but didn’t do that. So we wasted an hour of time when we could have gone to a different store that could have helped us.

The guy behind the counter asked a lady personal information like pass codes and things that we could easily hear sitting in the lobby waiting. The waiting area is too small.

This is the closet and most convenient location for me. I'm forced to drive to the location on whitestown parkway because this location is never able to help with any situation. No matter the problem, this location will always have an issue. I can drive 10 minutes down the road and the other location will have me fixed up in no time. Today the representative even had the nerve to take a personal phone call while he was helping me.

I brought an iPhone to this AT&T store on 12/13/2023 so I could get help on several issues. Herb spent more than half an hour walking me through solutions and informed me of several actions I could take. He was so very helpful - and I am so very grateful!! I highly recommend this AT&T store and send my appreciation to Herb!!

I went in for a iPhone 14 pro max OtterBox case. He knew exactly where to look for what I wanted. The first one he grabbed was perfect. Right color n everything. He was super nice.

The employee attempted to fix my issue, but in the end did not show me what they did not show me what was done on my phone nor was the issue fixed and I was politely told "it has happened alot since the new update" and at the same time " if this doesn't work you need a new phone". Although polite, it was very dismissive as well and no offer to help me further, even could have tried to sell me a new phone, but nothing and I felt I had been "dismissed". I was also only customer in store so it wasn't a matter of other people waiting, the employee was just done with me. Again, we were both polite but I felt I was interrupting something or they could not be further bothered. Total time in store...6 minutes

If you need any help on phone issues this is the store. He fixed my sons phone in literally 2 minutes. We had been fighting this issue for a month.

Colton was superb and helped us at 4:20 on a Sunday afternoon, which was greatly appreciated by my panicked teenage daughter. Nice to have friendly and personable service 40 minutes before closing time.
