The greatest att store and Shiloh R. If you ever need help go to that store and avoid the problems with the greyhound store. Shiloh fixed my problem in minutes and I didn’t have to wait at all.

Raymond at AT&T is amazing. I had ALL the problems with two phones and spent much of my day camped out at the store. Ray fixed all the issues, informed me of a teacher discount I had never taken advantage of, and he was so kind, knowledgeable, and fun to be around. He was the only employee in the store and continued to patiently and kindly serve each customer as they filed in. So much respect and love for him!

Gavin and Cami were extremely helpful to my mom and I today in getting new plans set up. We had a few corporate obstacles that they were able to overcome. Had we not had their help we would have been without service for another week. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable.
