Been going to ATP for a while now. Cyrus really helped me on my training and form. He also keep me in check on my diet/macro. ATP is quite chill and private. Staffs are friendly and free coffee/ pre workout / protein shakes.

I highly recommend personal training with Megan - at ATP! In less than four months, I lost an incredible 11 kilograms thanks to her personalized workout plans, nutritional guidance, coaching and unwavering support - they have been instrumental in my transformation. When I started weight training I would fear it will make me bulky and masculine, but she showed me the beauty of strength training. She has been a complete gem when it comes to teaching proper workout techniques. Her expertise and attention to detail have been invaluable for helping me master the right form. Can’t recommend her enough if like me you are looking to achieve weight loss in healthy way.

I was diagnosed with high BP and had to choose between losing weight or a lifelong course of BP medication. I chose the former and after 6 months of "self discipline " managed to lose just a kilo with essentially no impact on my BP. I turned to ATP for primarily weight loss and modest expectations i.e. to lose 4 kgs in 2 months. 6 weeks in , I have lost 6.5 kgs , have dropped almost 10 % in my body fat percentage and feel the difference in my running, my strength and also my sleep. I coached with Harrison who put me on strict calorie deficit as well as pushed me to lift weights which I did not think were possible. All the time, the primary parameter being safety . Any time I developed a slight niggle, he modified the routines to work around it to avoid injury. The sessions themselves extract every ounce of energy but still leave you feeling good through the day. Best of all , I now weigh what I weighed 25 years back, feel stronger and my BP's been normal and stable. I would recommend ATP to all those who are trying to achieve their fitness goals on their own and failing ( like I did ) .....you need to check with the professionals. If you think fitness costs money, you should see the medical bills.

This review is long overdue. I had an amazing experience with ATP. My coach Iskandarzai was everything I needed for where I was in my life. I was going through a challenging transition, and I realized I needed to be in good health to make it through. My focus was not about looking good but more about mental strength. Iskandarzai became like a (little) brother to me, and he pushed me far beyond what I thought I could do. I saw amazing results, felt better than I have in years, and loved the relationship he and I built. Weight training may not be for everyone, but I would certainly recommend ATP and specifically my coach.

I first discovered Harrison and ATP through a social media ad. The testimonials convinced me to reach out for a consultation, and that’s where I met Harrison. My initial goal was to “get shredded sustainably” and maintain it over time, along with achieving muscle-ups, handstands, and improved mobility. Harrison’s approach transformed my body composition. I learned that I had no idea what I was eating, often drinking too much and eating poorly. Harrison introduced me to MyFitnessPal and emphasized tracking my calories, which became indispensable. In just 6 weeks, I lost 6 kilos and 7% body fat. Harrison diagnosed weaknesses and mobility issues in my legs and identified that I wasn’t pushing myself hard enough in strength workouts. Despite losing weight, my fat-free body weight has remained constant. My max pull-ups increased from 7 to 10, my squatting mobility improved significantly, and I shaved about 1 minute off my 5k time. The weight loss and increased mobility are my greatest achievements so far. Harrison’s approach to nutrition was crucial. I learned to count calories, weigh/scan my food, and hit my macro targets. Before training, my diet included excessive calories, particularly from alcohol, which I significantly reduced. Although challenging initially, especially with work travel, I’ve maintained a sustainable weekly average for about 3 weeks. Drinking less has also greatly benefited my health. Harrison’s guidance led to significant lifestyle changes. I was drinking socially almost every night, but tracking helped me change my habits. Now, I limit myself to a couple of glasses of wine or whisky a few times a week. Harrison’s training has made me lighter, faster, and more mobile in just 6 weeks, setting me on a path to long-term strength gains. Inspired by my progress, I recommend ATP to friends and family. My brother-in-law in the US even signed up with a personal trainer. Looking ahead, my goals include muscle-ups, handstands, front-levers, running a vertical kilometer in under 1 hour, a sub-18-minute 5k, and improving my mobility in squats and split-squats, ultimately working towards splits. Some of these goals will take years, but I’m committed. Harrison understands my type-A personality and provides the tough love and reminders I need. Since starting my journey with Harrison, I feel like I have a new lease on life with the determination to get fitter in every dimension—strength, speed, endurance, and mobility. Harrison has truly been a game-changer in my fitness journey.

Having tried different group fitness class (yoga, hiit, spin, Pilates), I enjoyed those classes but never saw actual change in my physique or weight. After several years of slow weight gain due to lack of activity and stress at work, I decided to make a lifestyle change by joining ATP personal training. My goal was simple: just to lose 5kg of weight. Cyrus is my trainer and he prepared a diet plan customized to my body and preference (foods I like and dislike). Initially I thought I could not stick to the diet and it would be difficult to commit so many sessions a week at the gym, given long hours of work and client commitments. However i found myself really enjoying these sessions and seeing progress in my shape and physique by strength training. Cyrus helped me to work on the weaker parts of my body and gives me good advice on how to achieve a nice physique. My initial weight loss goal was achieved in just 10 weeks and I would highly recommend Cyrus and ATP if you are looking to change your lifestyle and achieve your fitness goals!

After consistent weight gain and on the back of several injuries, I’ve decided to try my luck with ATP personal training. I was a bit reluctant and sceptical in the very beginning and I knew that it will be very difficult for me to change my diet so I had a conversation with my trainer Danny Choi. Who prepared a custom plan for me and then help me stay on course. I’ve started seeing results quite early on, dropping a couple of kilos a week which motivated me further. I look back at my decision to join ATP and don’t regret any minute of it. The journey is long, the progress varies here and there and with blood sweat and tears I’ve managed to drop weight and get fit at the same time. Danny is an awesome guy and he’ll push you to your limit with a smile on his face and he’ll make you enjoy every single minute of it and you’ll be coming back for more. Totally recommend ATP and all of their trainers and the welcoming and friendly atmosphere that ATP has.

A good word for Jasper Very pleased with my trainer, Jasper. Used to train with him many years ago but he moved to another gym. Recently when I was recovering from an injury and regain my fitness, I went looking for him. Why? Cos Jasper not only excels in his technical knowledge, his background in healthcare, gives him that added edge. To top it all, his understanding of the psyche of his client allows him to motivate each one according to their needs.

I can't recommend Wei Hong from ATP highly enough! Thanks to his expertise and guidance, I've not only achieved significant reduction in body fat percentage but also gained invaluable knowledge about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The ATP programme was very well curated, designed and progressive. It provides a variety of exercises that works on all the range of muscular motions. Senior Coach Iskandar Zai was able to explain the logic and purpose of each exercises and how they contribute to the overall well-being and growth. He ensures that training is progressive and exercises are modified to account for any injuries. At the same time, when able he pushes you to your limits to ensure that you get the most out of the training sessions. After 12 weeks, I lost abt 8% body fat and gained 3% muscle mass which was very satisfactory results for me.

I've had an interesting journey with ATP. I initially started with another trainer and managed to drop 8.2% bodyfat. Despite the great results, the trainer's approach didn't align with my lifestyle needs. ATP's management were able to switch my trainer, and I've now been working with senior coach Harrison for just over a month. Since training with coach Harrison, my knee, back and shoulder injuries have improved dramatically. Previously, I couldn't even complete a kneeling push-up with proper form, but now I can do 10 reps. Harrison has a better understanding of my lifestyle. His flexible approach to dieting allows me to still go out and socialise with friends and family. While this means my results are slower, it's much more manageable for me in the long term. I used to train only once a week, but now I train twice and might even increase to three times a week before my next holiday. Although the training is tough, I'm noticing much more progress compared to just doing my usual yoga and Pilates workouts. I highly recommend ATP and especially coach Harrison to anyone looking for a coach experienced in training clients with previous injuries and those who prefer a sustainable nutritional approach for fat loss, without an extreme calorie deficit.

The coaches at ATP are pros and will help push you towards getting better, stronger and fitter - all in a friendly, safe and no-judgement zone. I’ve been training with Jasper for around 3 months and have definitely surprised myself with my progress thanks to his guidance. It’s hard work for sure and I swear at him every single session 😂 but the reality for fitness goals is that no pain = no gain! I actually joined ATP as my husband has been training with Jasper for much longer and has seen incredible results! He has a few existing injuries so a tailored programme is absolutely necessary and Jasper’s nursing background is helpful in ensuring my hubs is safe yet progresses in his health and fitness journey. All the other coaches would definitely be able to cater to each individual client’s circumstances as well. No matter your objectives, getting a PT will 100% change your life if you are determined to work hard and give your best. The true value in a great PT is accountability, a conducive environment to learn proper strength training technique and have someone push you to get better. It’s an absolutely worthwhile investment for your health and we are so glad we took the plunge with ATP and Jasper!

Just wanted to share my experience with training at ATP under coach Ivan for the past 4 months. I'd been self-training before I came to ATP, but realized I'd hit a plateau and was stagnating in terms of reaching my fitness goals. Since joining, I've broken through several sticking points and made significant improvements in strength and body comp. My entire approach to training has levelled up, and it shows in the results. I appreciate that a lot of attention is given to details in technique, and adjustments to the program are made when needed. I have a chronic lower back issue and my coach helps me work around it, while still pushing to improve my strength and mobility. The facilities are very well-maintained, clean, and never over crowded. The front desk staff are friendly and the environment overall feels welcoming. If you're considering personal training, I'd highly recommend ATP!

James has been my coach over the past 4 weeks. Managed to lose the 3-4 kg that I had been unable to lose for 1 year and reduced my body fat by 6pp. His approach is very simple, pragmatic, and down to earth. He also did a fantastic job at teaching me about nutrition in using simple and clear guidelines that can be applied when travelling. Super nice guy. I'd recommend him.

I've been working with Senior Coach James for over a month now and I must say I thouroughly enjoy our sessions. Although by the end of the session I feel very exhausted, I like the personal attention and care taken to ensure the workouts are on point. James pushes me to my limits, keeping in mind prior injuries and is supportive of my fitness goals. He also keeps track of my activities outside of the gym and a close eye on my diet plan. Overall, I am pleased with my experience so far at ATP with James and would highly recommend you to give it a try if getting in shape is one of your resolutions!
