I’ve been training with Toni for the past 5 months, and it has been such a rewarding journey. Returning to fitness after having two kids felt quite daunting at first, but Toni has been incredibly supportive and has guided me every step of the way, making the process feel achievable and enjoyable.

It’s raining really heavy so we asked if we could borrow 2 umbrellas for me and my friends and then after we cross one of us will run back to return them. Initially the staff was really nice and passed us 2 umbrellas. While we were waiting for the traffic light, another staff came and snatched the umbrella when we’re standing in the heavy rain not even giving us a chance to walk back to the gym to return the umbrellas. There wasn’t a need to be rude if they were not willing to borrow, it’s fine we will return it but I just find it very unnecessary to leave us stranded in the rain. Could at least wait for us to walk back it was only a couple of steps. I hope this doesn’t happen to the customers who frequent there I’ve heard good reviews of this place from friends but this is a shocker.

I trained with Harpal for c.6 months and benefited immensely with remarkable improvement in my strength, form and weight loss. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, keeps you motivated, and really knows how to push you to your limits safely. As a mid forties complete beginner, Harrison has been great at adapting training sessions to my level, making them challenging without being overwhelming. In the space of 6 weeks, I have dropped 3.4% body fat and gained 4kg of muscle. I'm feeling stronger and can see a noticeable difference. I value the pacing of the sessions, meaning I can continue to progress but avoid the risk of injury. Couldn't recommend Harrison more highly

With my thyroid issues, progress can be frustrating, but Harrison has kept me focused on the long game - getting stronger, building muscle, and improving body composition without crash dieting.

I've been training at ATP with Harpal since May 2025. After having my second child, I decided it was time to prioritise my health and get back on track with my fitness journey.
I train with Harpal 2-3 times a week on a very structured weight training program. He is excellent at ensuring I’m using the correct form, watching carefully during each rep to prevent injury. He is very encouraging and knows how to push me just the right amount to get the most out of every session.
The results have been fantastic. I’ve lost 8kgs and noticeably lost inches all over. Beyond the gym, Harpal has also been instrumental in helping me think about my diet and how to structure my day around food. Highly recommend Harpal to anyone who has busy a work schedule but still wants to maintain a good body shape! Harpal has solid knowledge in both weight training and nutrient planning. I am a regular hiker who has knee pain issues. Harpal customized workouts to fit my needs and help improve my muscles and postures. I trained with Chris for about 1.5 years and really appreciated his structured approach. He helped me get consistent with my schedule, manage food portions, and stay disciplined.
Over time, I saw clear results in increased muscle mass and a noticeable change in body shape—even needing to alter my clothes or sizing down.
Chris is supportive without being pushy, and made training a great deal of fun.
Apart from Chris, I also wanted to add that gyms can be intimidating especially for first timers/women - ATP really isn’t. The front desk staff and other trainers at the gym are all genuinely friendly. There is always a good amount of banter going on. So if you’re second guessing starting your fitness journey, you can leave your doubts at the door.
