I've been training with Cass since late December, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. When I first joined ATP, I never imagined I would be able to stick to a fitness routine—I was not the exercising type, and my lifestyle was far from healthy. With Cass's guidance, encouragement, and expertise, I've managed to get back into a healthy BMI range, reduce my body fat percentage, and significantly improve my long-term back pain which I have been ignoring for years. Beyond the workouts, Cass is highly knowledgeable about nutrition and women's health, and has always been generous in sharing practical advice and tips tailored to my goals and needs. At some point, I started suspecting that my fitness goals had become Cass's side quest. The level of dedication, encouragement, and follow-up she brings is remarkable. She also kept me accountable and consistently encouraged me to do better. What I appreciate most is that Cass creates a supportive and non-judgmental environment, which made it much easier for a beginner like me to stay consistent and build healthier habits over time. ATP also has a welcoming atmosphere, where all staff are friendly and that makes every visit enjoyable. I would highly recommend ATP Fitness and Cass to anyone looking to start their fitness/ weight loss journey, especially first-timers who may feel intimidated or unsure about stepping into a gym. Joining ATP has honestly been one of the best investments I have made for myself. In just 12 weeks, I have seen significant changes not only in my weight and body fat percentage, but also in my overall strength, mindset, discipline, and confidence. In just the first month, I managed to lose 4kg, but the physical results are only half the story. ​What sets Dominik apart is his commitment to education. Shoutout to my trainer Ronan for helping me transform into a leaner and meaner version of myself. I considered myself somewhat intermediate in the gym before ATP, but despite training for years, I was never able to reach the level of leanness I wanted or get my abs to show. Fast forward about half a year later, I’ve significantly improved my conditioning, strength, running performance, and overall body composition. The journey definitely came with frustrations and setbacks, but that’s part of the process. Ronan’s coaching goes beyond just workouts — you really have to trust the process and push through the difficult phases consistently. If you don't know what to do with your adult money, invest with ATP. The knowledge, discipline, and habits you gain are things you carry long term. Small shoutout as well to the 7AM morning crowd — everyone wakes up early, gets the work done, and heads off to work after. Definitely one of the better decisions I made for my health and fitness.

Best investment every made!! 🙌🏻 I lost 2% body fat in just 10 sessions cramped in 13 days. It was intensive to go to the gym so often but in just 4 sessions I could feel the strength I’ve gained. If it’s your first time lifting weights, I highly recommend you get a personal trainer. Cassandra thought me the right posture, corrected the slightest misalignment, advised me on my nutrition and paced me on the weights I should lift progressively. More importantly, she made it enjoyable. She’s friendly, supportive and ever so positive. Thank you Cass and Rueben for making this happen! 🤩

JQ is my trainer & I always able to pull through the training no matter how stressed or anxious I'm on the training day. He is always positive & encouraging & also understanding to devise exercise that helps me with my spinal condition. Beyond that, he always check-in with me to ensure I stay motivated & guide me on my diet. I would highly recommend JQ who hasn't exercise for a long time & wants to start training.

Despite my initial dislike for going to the gym and the challenges of balancing family, work, and study commitments, Celine has been very patience in helping me stay focused on my fitness goals. I really enjoyed my PT sessions with Kumar! 😆 Gyms have always been very intimidating for me, and it took me a REALLY long time to get used to going on my own. But I really looked forward to my PT sessions at ATP gym with Kumar! He’s very attentive and reassuring, and I feel safe training with him. The whole environment is supportive too, everyone from the staff, other clients and PTs are very welcoming. I’ve tried many ways to lose weight before and never really made progress. But in my 2-month program, I lost 6kg! I honestly didn’t think that was possible, especially since I started the program not feeling confident about myself. Kumar is also patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions, which helped me engage a lot more fully instead of just going through the motion. I started gaining momentum and somehow exercise became a daily routine?! (I usually don’t even enjoy perspiring so this says a lot) You can tell he’s really passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about his clients. Even when I felt like I only made a bit of progress, he would be like “it’s SOLID” 🥲🫶🏻 and that meant a lot. I also had an injury from another gym last year and thought I had lost all my progress, but I ended up surpassing what I expected Highly recommend, especially if you feel intimidated by gyms or don’t know where to start 💪🏻

It’s raining really heavy so we asked if we could borrow 2 umbrellas for me and my friends and then after we cross one of us will run back to return them. Initially the staff was really nice and passed us 2 umbrellas. While we were waiting for the traffic light, another staff came and snatched the umbrella when we’re standing in the heavy rain not even giving us a chance to walk back to the gym to return the umbrellas. There wasn’t a need to be rude if they were not willing to borrow, it’s fine we will return it but I just find it very unnecessary to leave us stranded in the rain. Could at least wait for us to walk back it was only a couple of steps. I hope this doesn’t happen to the customers who frequent there I’ve heard good reviews of this place from friends but this is a shocker.

I trained with Harpal for c.6 months and benefited immensely with remarkable improvement in my strength, form and weight loss. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, keeps you motivated, and really knows how to push you to your limits safely. His design and execution of bespoke exercise routine balancing progressive overload and proper form was flawless. Beyond exercising with him, he also advised on nutrition and assigned various homework exercises, forming a holistic fitness program. I’ve had a good experience training here so far. Harrison is attentive and takes into account any concerns or limitations, which makes a big difference. The programming feels tailored rather than generic, and he strikes a good balance between pushing you and knowing when to adjust movements if something doesn’t feel right. He’s also consistent with feedback, which helps with improving form and building confidence over time. The team is approachable, and the environment is relaxed and easygoing, no unnecessary pressure, just a good space to train. Overall, a well-run gym with a supportive atmosphere.

As a mid forties complete beginner, Harrison has been great at adapting training sessions to my level, making them challenging without being overwhelming. In the space of 6 weeks, I have dropped 3.4% body fat and gained 4kg of muscle. I'm feeling stronger and can see a noticeable difference. I value the pacing of the sessions, meaning I can continue to progress but avoid the risk of injury. Couldn't recommend Harrison more highly
