Placed an order while in Las Vegas, but UPS lost my package and AC CX team went above and beyond to get my package back and shipped it again, this time to my home. I purchased a box of Gurkha Cellar Reserve 15 year cigars, to be smoked at my son's wedding. Fortunately, many other guests brought a supply of good cigars because these Gurkhas were awful. The outer wrapping on the cigars was falling and cracking off, and they were burning unevenly. I've smoked these many times before and they were good. Being the groom's father, this was somewhat embarrassing but did make for some joking and ball busting!!! I think there was a storage issue, but Atlantic Cigar claims the cigars were new arrivals and stored properly. So, I wonder where they were prior to Atlantic Cigar receiving them? They offered me a whopping $25 credit for my next order. LOL.

Look no further I've been buying my Montecristo Petit Prontos here since the mid 90's. Excellent service and prices. I'm reminded of this every time I let my self run out of cigars and have to go to the local cigar shop. OUCH!!

Jeff along with many cigar mojo regulars lack emotional intelligence and common sense. Atlantic Cigar is not a retail cigar shop, it is a national mail order wholesaler. They allow in-store pickup as a courtesy and not a privilege. In the future is suggest you by your cigars from mojo and pay tripple.

Drove around for 10 minutes looking for the front door... No sign except for a piece of paper that was faded and falling off the door. I went inside and there was about 20 desks with about 20 people on their phones... They must do a lot of ordering by internet.. nobody waited on me. I could not find a humidor room with in sight.. I saw a man sitting on a couch and ask him how do you buy cigars here? He said you have to wait for somebody to get off the phone.. I said no thanks and walked out. Back to Cigar Mojo in KOP!! WHAT UP BUNCH OF CRAP!

Jeff, we are a mail order business as our location is a warehouse. Like most warehouses we allow pickups as a courtesy to many local customers who have asked us to allow this. Since there aren't many options around with a robust selection and super low prices. However, with the large number of walk-in customers we have been working on building out a full retail store / lounge soon. It will be truly special! We have a sister location; The Cigar Republic in Conshohocken which is a Retail/Lounge location with a full bar. Well worth a visit, one of the finest cigar lounges in the country. Extremely slow shipping, customer service is not very good. Most people have no clue what they're talking about and have attitude problem. They act very arrogant and snobby. But none of them have a clue what they're talking about. Nobody there seems to have a clue about cigars at all. Management is poor. Prices are not to high

Atlantic Cigar have consistently supplied my cigar needs for two years. I primarily enjoy higher-end cigars, and their service is second-to-none. Every time I require a single cigar outside of a box, I call and it becomes available. Boxes are priced so well that no other cigar supplier is ever required for my enjoyment.

I ONLY smoke Padrons, and Atlantic's selection is TOP NOTCH! Not to mention the prices, how quickly they ship, and how magnificently packed the cigars are! Their customer service is fantastic, and the prices are pretty much unbeatable. If you have an issue with a cigar, give them a call (as long as it's in a timely fashion, just like other retailers), they are sure to help you with a replacement/refund/almost anything.
