By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went for a free consultation late last year and it took an hour for the doctor to see me. That should have told me how my experience was going to be. This year I finally decided to do my procedure and was rescheduled 3 times. I own my own private business every time I make an appointment I put time aside, which means I am losing money everytime. Besides that there is nothing more that I dislike than when someone does not care about other people's time and consideration. Dr.V Needs to be a little bit more considerate for his patients
