Not so good service Received no communication about my order. Phoned them twice. Promised items were shipped only to find out later that it was not shipped because items were out of stock. Eventually requested a refund because it was getting too difficult to get my order fulfilled. Won't buy from them again.

Dont deal with this company - absolutrly hopeless. Still waiting for my order placed 3 weeks ago. Tried phoning, just play dumb then hang up. They shouldnt be trying to operate a business as they just dont know what they are doing. Run a mile!!!!!

Only gave 1 star as I can't give none. Bought 3 Mason Cash bowls. Delivery still not advised after a week so called shop to be advised one bowl wasn't in stock. As I was going away I asked them not to ship until a specific date so it didn't arrive while I was away. They shipped it while I was away and one bowl arrived with a crack. I emailed shop and I called shop asking how to return broken stock for replacement. They kept telling me on the phone they would get back to me. I have never received any emails or phone calls from the shop. Only when I call to I speak to anyone and still don't get any answers only excuses and that they will get back to me. It's been a whole month now with no response. I just deserve a refund now. Service is appalling.

Excellent in-store experience. The staff member that helped us was knowledgeable and happy to assist. The store is well stocked and had a decent variety from Scanpan. Would be happy to shop here for cookware again. Thank you, Hama!

It was a 19 day wait before I got this order, by which time I didn't really need the item. Very disappointing service. The explanations from their office were not very encouraging either. Won't try them again.

Ordered an item online on 2nd November. Didn't receive any confirmation email but payment was taken. After a week or so I emailed them, no reply. Next day phoned them, she promised to call me back by 2pm. No call received, phoned the following day and was told item discontinued and they would refund. Waited a few days, nothing happened and I contacted them again yesterday and was quite firm. Refund received today, only took 12 days, not good enough from the customers perspective. They obviously do not have a very good online inventory management system in place or an automated email set up to confirm online purchase was received. I do not recommend using their online purchasing service.

Hi Janine, Sorry about that, As you was informed, this was the discontinued item and we tried to get one for you as you agreed to wait. but when we couldn't arrange it, we process a refund as promised and informed you that bank takes upto 5-10 working days, That is not in our control.

A month on from my initial order on their website, I am still waiting for it to be completed. Communication has been lacking, the store places no urgency on resolving issues and offers excuses every step of the way… that’s IF they choose to reply to emails or answer the phone. A very disappointing experience, would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Hi Celina, Sorry for the inconvenience, You ordered two items and we already delivered proving basket as per your requested date and we informed you that bowl was out of stock. We also offered you full refund or Partial delivery and partial refund but you choose a partial delivery instead of a refund and was happy to wait the bowl. As you said, the order was for a birthday gift so we did urgent overnight delivery for you, I understand your frustration but we never made any excuse regarding your order and always offered a refund for the unavailable item or full refund. However, You agreed to wait instead of refund.

Edit: After almost a year I received a call from a new staff member apologising for the error and wanting to rectify past issues the company has had. To their credit, they sent out the missing item quickly at no additional charge. Rating for overall service updated accordingly. Thanks for taking some initiative, Ash.

Edited review - Had a spot of trouble with communication regarding an item that was discontinued, causing delays in shipping, however they were really great at following up with my order once they realised what had happened. I just recommend that you follow up with the store if you dont get a tracking number within a reasonable time for online orders, otherwise they are great! My items all arrived and are great quality.

Placed an order for two wine tumblers on the 13/12/22. Hadn't received them by January so I sent them an email. Got no response, but the next day one of the two tumblers i ordered arrived. It is now February and I have not received my other tumbler I ordered. Terrible service. Eventually received the other glass but still wouldn't recommend them.
