It is easy to see why this provider and his staff have so many five star reviews once you have visited the Asheville Vein Center. My GP stated that Dr. Bock was tops in his field and I am certainly convinced of that having had procedures on both legs. This physician and every single member of his staff that I had contact with was polite, professional, friendly and kind. I am amazed by how much better my legs feel... think fifteen years younger and fifteen pounds lighter. I compare it to the "bam" difference one experiences following cataract surgery and I wish I had done this sooner! Special thanks to Dr. Bock, Tonya and Hailey for taking such good care of me and delivering amazing results.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive, making me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire procedure. I did receive adequate care. The problems began the day I had the sclerotherapy on the left leg. Later in the day I called back to the clinic with questions for the doctor. I was told that the doctor does not speak to patients. After a brief pause, I told them to cancel any future appointments, that I would not be coming back. Ten minutes later the office manager call and was argumentative with me. Another reason to fire these people. Then a bit later the doctor sent a text. Again, not speaking to me directly. It would have been such an easy fix to have just spoken with me for just a couple of minutes. That’s. Why I will not go back. Doctors shouldn’t be afraid to talk to a patient. If I need further care , I’ll go to the professionals at Wake Forest

Simply went to speak with Doctor Fontenot about some bulging leg veins on my right leg. My chief complaint was the nagging itching on those veins. After hearing Dr. Fontenot go over the how she could help, I was pleased with the information . I've lived with the look of the veins, for some time. Now 21 days out of the procedure, each new day my right leg looks better and better. Everything went well and I was very comfortable during my procedure. From super sweet staff to warm blankets. I am two weeks out from completing my treatment plan with Dr.Bock and I am so happy with not only the appearance of my leg but also in overall function. I had a three large bulging areas behind my knee that depending on position resembled small grapes. Not only is the bulging area gone the achy and tired feeling is too. I have more energy when walking and a more balanced gait. I didn’t realize how much my vein disease effected my daily life. As an anxious person the treatment and recovery was much easier than I anticipated. I want to thank Dr Bock and his team for their expert care and understanding.

I had a varicose vein that had become painful at times. After consulting with Dr. Richard Bock at Asheville Vein Center, he recommended vein ablation and removed some superficial varicose veins from my calf. Dr. Bock took the time to explain the entire process and what to expect, which made me feel comfortable and informed. The procedure caused some discomfort, but nothing unbearable, and I was back to my normal routine—including the gym—by day five. The entire staff is wonderful, especially the nurses and assistants, who were kind and attentive throughout the experience. I highly recommend Asheville Vein Center for anyone considering vein treatment. Thank you!

Dr Bock is a warm, caring physician who helped me address a 3 year old problem healing a wound on my calf. He removed varicose veins on the front and rear of my calf with little pain or discomfort. I can already see the wound improving after about 6 weeks. I highly recommend Dr Bock and the Asheville Vein Center.
