I have been back and forth for nearly two months with a defective product and this supplier constantly tries to find excuses why they are unable to replace or refund the product.

Substandard products
The inverter and 4 batteries that I purchased online from Ashcom are not good quality.
I have since purchased two other inverters from other suppliers and both of these outperform the Ashcom Inverter and the batteries.

We had problems with inverter bought from you and we opened was our mistake but was just a fuze. After sending in you said you can't repair but you blew something different and said wont fix because was opened even though you made a mess of it
