Had an appointment in town, got time off work to attend, made a booking and taxi didn't turn up! Had to get a bus to my appointment which I was then late for! Won't be using again!! In reply to your comment below...yes it was with yourselves and was not for today!!

We are sorry to hear that but are you sure you made the booking with us? As far as I know all the booking which we had for today not a single one was for Town. We always keep track of our bookings and based on that i can tell you must have booked with some other company.
Please check your booking details and leave this feedback for the company you had your booking with.
Hopefully after doing that you will remove this feedback from our profile.

My go to taxi service.
Always prompt. When a driver says "10-15 minutes" but they actually mean half an hour? Doesn't happen with Ash Cabs. Polite, friendly driver and always very clean car. Never had such a reliable taxi before. 100% recommend.

Great service! Are cab driver was super relaxed and got us to and from our location in great timing. Definitely the fastest cab service on Dumferline if your car wanting a cab asap. Highly recommend!

Would be lying if I said they are bad ,absolutely hands down the best taxi service I have used ,on time ,very polite,gets you where you need to be as quick as possible ,don’t have to make them remember your booking ,talkative and friendly highly recommended ,very good pricing aswell!
