Vlad was terrific! Replaced rotted wood below our deck slider, re-attached a spice rack (much more securely!), and swapped out an overhead light. Disparate jobs, but all well within his wheel-house. Friendly, Professional, Affordable, Capable, Responsive... But, the thing that put him over-the-top for me was, after hanging the light, it was a bit off-kilter. Most would have packed up and moved on. Not Vlad. It bothered him. He took it down, made some corrections to the product (yes, it was something wrong with the manufacturing, nothing he did), and put it back up. And this was at 8PM at night. I highly recommend him and will certainly use him again myself.

I hired Vlad and his crew to install 8 interior doors in my house to replace old colonial style ones. The work was outstanding and done exactly how I wanted. The pricing was fair and they worked hard all day to get it done. Very happy with the work and I would 100% recommend Vlad for any project you may have.

Vlad responded quickly to my initial message and was available to come the next day. He hung a mirror on a horse hair plaster wall with lath behind it. He was punctual, efficient, and cleaned up when finished. I am happy with the experience and result!

I am long overdue writing this review of Vlad and his team. My only hesitancy is that I am worried Vlad will be too busy and it will be harder to book him! My wife and I recently bought our first home. Like many new first homeowners, we are learning the hard way how much work it is and how hard it is to find good help. After having to let a (un)handyman go midjob, I found Vlad and his team. My wife and I couldn't be more thankful. Vlad framed and finished this dangerous overlook (picture below) and built my wifes dream wall. He was so detail oriented, thoughtful, and hardworking that we used him to redo our baseboard and put on barn doors. He has also done smaller jobs (hang mirrors, retractable hoses etc). Bottom line, I trust Vlad to do a good job with my home and trust him to be in my home. I always am happy to see him because I know the work will be done right. He is a talented guy and his partner Paul is equally as meticulous and hard working. If you have made it this far in my review, stop reading and go ahead and call him. Small or big jobs, he will do it right. He was a bit slow to warm as I think he could tell I was new at this whole home ownership thing and didn't know what I was doing, but once you get to know him (and him you) you learn how thoughtful and caring he is. Vladislav of ASAP Handyman Services could not have been nicer and more helpful with his suggestions for what I needed done, which resulted in a much lower cost from all my other estimates and much better looking walls for the place I’m selling. Vlad came very promptly and worked very efficiently and carefully to complete the project which was replacing a window screen with a large hole at its base. It may have been a fairly minor project, but at least we're now ahead of the flying insect population for comfort on warm evenings along with a window fan to keep the ventilation intact.

I had a great experience with Vlad. He was professional and helpful. He mounted two different TV's for me. One TV needed more parts than were provided so he came back the next day with the parts to finish the job at no extra cost. Would recommend for anyone needing TV mounting.
