Not the Thanksgiving we expected.
First of all we eat at Arturs almost every week. The food is tasty, wait staff pleasant and a welcoming atmosphere. We also frequent Lapinskis ( sister restaurant).
For the 1st time ever, we went out for Thanksgiving dinner this year. We ordered Turkey dinner. It was horrible. The presentation was sad, turkey was not fresh baked and was dry. Tasted like deli turkey breast. Gravy not
homemade. Cranberry served in a plastic cup? Mashed potatoes were not homemade... and they ran out of candied yams? We ended up with beans and squash... lastly, the "stuffing" was so dry we had to smother it in gravy.
Very disappointed in their offering forThanksgiving dinner.
The best thing about dinner was our server Barb. She is a Gem for sure.

Last Friday my brother came in town late. It was Halloween. We were starved, and he said let’s go to the fun Polish place. Well we hag the delicious Polish Platter and something I’ve never had, Pickle soup. It was beyond delicious. Denise and Amelia for fabulous. Didn’t rush us as it was late. And to top it off, we got to meet the Big Guy, he was super. Going this weekend to enjoy the food and the music. Highly recommend.

I had never actually been to an Arthur's before, now I'm kicking myself in the butt for not getting there sooner, the variety of the menu was outstanding and the food was as well!

Beef stroganof was all gravy and mashed potatoes 1 small piece of beef and mushroom scraps very disappointing i don't think I'll every go there again

We apologize for your experience. Did you happen to ask to speak with a manager? There is always a manager on duty and we would have corrected your meal. Next time you come in, please, ask to speak with a manager so we can make things right.

Just had lunch and food was great and came quick. One thing that stands out is how exceptional the waiter and manager were. I sat next to a grouchy and unreasonable old lady. She demanded the drink was too pricey compared to what it was 8 years ago and compared to she would have got from a grocery store. The waiter Kuba and the lady manager kept calm and patiently explained this was 2025 and this establishment was a restaurant. The old nagging lady kept complaining while drinking.
