Wow! Barb, our scheduler and Sean, our driver were amazing. They both communicated so well throughout the entire process. We were so pleased with the whole process.

Good job. Packed things we needed packed, got a shuttle truck to be able to move items up to our house that the big truck couldn't make it to. And unloaded quickly.

Zack is the BEST mover/driver we have ever worked with! We are a military family and have moved dozen of times. He and his crew on the Colorado side were hands down the best and most considerate group we have worked with, his delivery on the other-side of the country was just as impressive! Super easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He knows what he is doing and genuinely cares about getting it all done correctly! I highly recommend Zack and Arrow!

Great workers, great atmosphere. Very decent pay. Still under the same management. Always quick to get drivers in and out for loads whether delivering or picking up.

Great place to work. People are easy to get along with.

We were a military move and while our movers in georgia were horrid there were further damages done when our stuff was moved from storage to the truck and then into the house. The utter disregard for our household goods resulted in several pieces of furniture that were very sentimental were damaged badly and a nightstand that was part of a set my husband's grandmother bought for her first home after immigrating to the United States went missing somewhere after our goods left georgia and the company was utterly unhelpful just saying they looked and its not there. I'm not sure how a whole large table walks away but it went on the truck at our old home but not off the truck her. It was heartbreaking since they were part of a set she bought for herself after surviving the holocaust and had drawing in pencil on the back that her children had done as small kids. These are our precious memories we trust these companies with and for them to be treated so callously was heartbreaking.

Movers were amazing on both ends with such great attitudes. Let us use as many boxes and much packing material we needed for free. Highly recommend!

Can not say enough GREAT things about this moving company, Mayflower/Arrow out of Colorado Springs!!!! I did my own packing but there were a few items that they graciously packed for me upon arrival and they did a FANTASTIC job!!! Every single person I encountered, from beginning to end, was nothing but professional, courteous and so, so pleasant!!! They were also on time at both ends of the move and went out of their way to make sure my things were where they needed to be!!! Thank you for making a cross country move a breeze!!!! You're in great hands with this company!!!!

We've used Arrow several times, to move non-traditional items: pumpkins, straw bales, etc. between our farm and our customers. Whether it's a small box truck or a large semi truck and trailer, they are consistently prompt, professional, and precise. We are very happy to have partnered with Arrow for our transportation needs!

Mostly good experience

Very thorough process in getting moved from Colorado to North Carolina. Estimate was spot on, packers were efficient and careful and the Driver was beyond expectations. Actually got us into our new home 2 days early. Job well done.

This the second time we've used Arrow. Both times care was taken with furniture. Wrapped and secured well. We have a ginormous solid oak desk which obviously had to be brought up from and returned to basement. These guys worked so hard to take great care moving it, as well as, all other items. Above and beyond Jovan & Nick let me slow them down to place felt pads on most pieces. Jovan even helped me move trash bin so truck could pick up ( note to self: don't set up delivery for trash day). Also want to shout out to Barb in office for staying in contact about extending storage time frame. Super team.

They did a great job packing and moving our home. Honest, reliable, and very responsive. Highly recommend.
