I have just bought Nikki's 4 week food plan as I would love to experience more balanced hormones. I have read through it and its so much more than food and recipes that I actually want to eat. Its worth the price tag for the meals and shopping list alone however, you also get tips about things useful to know before starting, expert mindset advice which I know from my own expertise really makes a difference, the knowledge of how to make the changes stick, general principles to help long after the 4 week food plan and motivation. I can't wait to get started and report back on the changes I know this will bring for me!
