I loved this place and my husband and I used to come here often. But we order take out and upon picking it up they kept telling us it wasn't ready and they were getting it ready after 30min of waiting for our take out order they finally gave it to us. We left and went straight home our food was so cold. Freezing. We called and asked what had happened and the manager Ruby said they'd give us a gift certificate for 25 even tho we spent more than that. So the next day we came in to pick up our gift card and sat down to eat the manager Ruby came and gave the gift card to us and said "this is the last and only time I will ever do this because my food is always fresh." We left. I'm sorry but as a business owner myself you do not make your customers feel like that. Our moto is the customer is always right. Will never be returning. But by the looks of the reviews it seems like your food is not always fresh. So please drop your self righteous attitude and treat your customers right. Thank you.

Looked forward to a great meal. Disappointed. Tilapia was over fried there was hardly any meat to get out of it. Also ordered the skirt steak and it was charred black around the edges which meant dried out meat. Again,disappointing.
