Exemplary customer service! They came to me same day to replace my windshield and even navigated a difficult parking garage to get to me! They were communicative every step of the way, notifying in advance of their arrival time. They not only cleaned up all the glass inside my car but they even wiped down the dash and every where that glads could have touched. The inside of my car looked squeaky clean when they were done. I cannot recommend them enough! Will tell all my friends and family to ask for them if their windshield ever gets busted!

Amazing above and beyond customer service. Arnold got me a new windshield in Less than 2hours!! I highly recommend giving him a visit for any issues with your windshield. He even made a pretty dope song for me after it was finished!! I definitely will be back if something happens to my windshield again!!.

Very professional and honest people! They went above and beyond to help us. My driver windshield shattered with bird hitting it. I called many places in the Waddy, KY area (Louisville, KY & Lexington, KY) and nobody wanted to come to us and do the repair or they gave us 2-3 days wait time or very expensive mobile service x2 of the normal price! I called Omar with Arnold Glass, and even they very busy, they managed to go there after hours 2 of them and replaced our windshield the same day! I'm very grateful, because the understood the emergency(we had a delivery in South Carolina the next day), and the helped us! If I'm ever in this area, I would always use their services! HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!
