Awesome ☺ Spectacular sea view Location to great cafes/restaurants ☹ Poor wifi connections Limited supply of toiletries ie handsoaps

I was worried after reading other reviews about finding the car park for unit but it was explained to me when I collecte ☺ Location ☹ Just a little small but otherwise great.

NYE stay ☺ The location was great, it’s only a few hundred metres walk from the beach. The apartment had excellent style which looks nice. ☹ The dirty grout in the ensuite was disgusting. The bbq was filthy and we were not provided with anything to clean it. The couch was very uncomfortable. Both beds were rock hard and so were the pillows. Also the person that we picked up the keys from was very rude and uneducated. Not worth $2200 for 7 nights.

good location with great view but dirty due to poor unit maintenance ☺ EDIT: it's great how you guys accuse your guests as liars, yes we expect the property to be quite clean, you state that you did clean the apartment the day before but in reality it wasn't clean at all, what am i getting out of falsely reviewing your property? clearly you guys are the ones that are not being "acceptable", it is clear how you treat your guests and why you so dearly cling to the fact your property is "clean", people leave negative reviews and you accuse them of being liars. my expectations are reasonable and would be the expectation of EVERYONE paying this much $$$ for a dirty apartment. Great view and location from the unit, everything provided except for toothpaste, smart TV with netflix (need own login) installed (Hisense), kitchen utensils all provided. photos on booking.com are as exactly the same as the property. can faintly hear the waves of the beach with balcony door closed when silent. if this is your first time going to newcastle-this is an early riser area lots of cafes close early ☹ key pickup is at a different address and can be difficult to reach with no car. checkout at 10AM the property was not cleaned at all, there was food crumbs and bits on the floor/sofa/dining chairs bed sheets were dusty and had other peoples pubic hair no toothpaste provided not enough towels for 3 nights for a couple only 4 coffee pods for 3 nights balcony was infested with insects day in and day out which prevented us from using the balcony at all (photos of the insect infested balcony included) if either toilets fans are on the front door whistles like crazy (like someones screaming) if you decide to go to this apartment you will need to bring your own toothpaste and drinking water

Good ☺ Newcastle city and the whereabouts of the apartment. Beautiful view of the Pacific ocean from the balcony. Barbecue on the balcony. ☹ Late check in (3pm). Too noisy because of fans on the opposite roof. All windows are dirty. Reception is 15 minutes drive from the apartment. Rolling shades on all windows instead of curtains.
