First my wife and I had gotten 3 other estimates. The prices other companies were coming at us was ridiculous!! Armored impact was our last estimate. We decided to proceed with Armored impact windows, Alan was great and not pushy at all and he determined the best fit for our home. Matthew went over and beyond for us as our project manager. Our home looks beautiful. I’m glad I made the best decision to use them! Honestly!

Very sad to have to update this great review. A tiny pebble hit the window while I was gardening and put a foot long crack in the corner. This doesnt seem like quality hurricane windows to me unfortunately. The company does not stand by their product. Such a shame since I had less than 50% of my windows done with them and was ready to order the rest within the next year. I guess its all for the best. Everyone on the project was incredible and I would like to give a big thank you to the project manager Marcos who was just a complete pleasure to work with. Awesome Work. This is the first company that has worked on my house that is so detailed oriented. From the moment I spoke with Armored Impact I could tell they genuinely cared about my home and the work that needed to be done. 10/10 service and would recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade the safety of their home.

The attention to detail during installation was remarkable, they clearly cared about protecting our home during the process. Awesome Call center with CJ and Sandra and great ownership under Leonardo with Mattew nelson as the permit director handling the permits and inspections with is great with the whole process

Please read all: We had a double door replaced and 2 sliders installed with impact doors. We were extremely satisfied with the whole process. From the salesman to scheduling to install and finish work after. Unfortunately on both sliders the handles fell off. It has now been 2 months since the first one fell off and I have not received a replacement and communication has stopped 18k and I can’t get 2 new handles for $100. I think at this point it is unacceptable

Armored Impact Windows & Doors installed new impact windows and doors, at my residence. The workers were gentlemen, did an excellent job, working to perfection from installation to cleanup. My home looks like new. The windows and doors are beautiful, and brightened my rooms. I highly recommend this company.

I had an awesome experience with this company. The installation was very neat and clean , I love my new sliding glass doors. They look amazing. The sales rep Austin was very professional and knowledgeable . He was available throughout the process to address any and all concerns. They rebuilt, all framing with wood bucks, sheet rock, drywall, stucco. The inspection was successful on the first try.  I previously had half of my house done by another company, which was a disaster. I finished the job with Armored Impact and this company was exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. Thanks again and I highly recommend this company 👍🏻.

Armored impact windows is a Wonderful Company to work with. The start from the beginning with the sales guy Austin. He made everything a smooth process and when I needed something he picked up the phone every time. The installation was top quality and I will recommend this company to anyone looking to buy windows and Doors.
