Honestly pretty disappointed in the level of customer service with management. Ordered bronze doors and when installed the hardware provided was brushed nickel which I brought up to the management team. I was told that’s what was on the contract which I said was fine no big deal just replace with matching hardware and I’ll pay for it and I was told to goto Lowe’s and do it myself. I argued that was pretty poor customer service on their part and was simply told “we don’t get into that”. I said get into what change order on a construction project or customer service and was essentially told yes. Quality of the products provided were pretty good I’d consider them commercial storefront rather than high end residential product as I was sold. But end of the day I’d never work with them again as they would rather throw a contract in your face and the sales guy and project manager hides behind the accounting department rather than do what’s right for a customer when there was clearly a mistake on whomever specked out the doors and I simply didn’t read every detail on a contract. And they were a month late on delivery. And the hardware didn’t fit the factory openings either.

Armored Impact Windows was so amazing to work with. They did such a beautiful job, were honest, respectful, professional throughout the entire process. I couldnt be happier with the work they did. Leo , Melanay, and Matthew are wonderful to work with. The were in constant contact with me in regards to the process as well as progress. This company is run extremely well. They are on top of everything especially with the installation. The installation crew is very very professional and the finished work is FANTASTIC. I would only recommend this company, they know how to work the American Way, ethics and quality. Thank you Armored Impact , I love my new windows!

Really great company. Larry the sales guy was awesome. Very good prices. Materials took maybe 4-6 months but they were up front about that so it was expected. Installation 2 days for an entire house. Just very good from start to finish.

if you don't mind a huge cleanup plus they don't clean their own windows, you might be happy. I also ordered sliding glass door to be installed and that just went by the way of the dodo bird. Never heard another word from them.

My wife and I are very happy we contracted with Amored Impact Windows & Doors. Everyone we spoke with who represented the company was very friendly, helpful, responsive, and responsible. Leo Rivas, the owner comunicated really well with us. He kept in touch from beginning to end and made sure we were happy with the results. He took on our punch list with enthusiasm, and quickly finished out our project. Both he and Matthew Nelson, operations manager, valued our time by being efficient with scheduling so there was minimal disruption to our daily routine. There was also excellent coordination with the city's building department. We love our new windows and doors and appreciate the new level of safety they will provide for us. I had my old jalousie front window replaced with a hurricane impact window. George, the salesman, was on time and knowledgeable. The owner, Leo, is involved in the entire process. From his visit to installation and inspection, it took almost 12 weeks but well worth it! The windows are well made and the sliders smoothly open and close. There is a nice tint on them as well so your furniture won't be faded. The 3 installers were timely and were amazing workers. They never took a break the entire day! When it is time for the inspection, Leo is there w/the inspector. I highly recommend this company from start to finish, so professional. A++++

I spoke to several companies before deciding on Armored. They were very detail oriented and made me feel comfortable not only with the product options but showed me pictures of previous installations so I knew what to expect. The installation went smoothly , the work was excellent , clean and I’m so happy when I pull up to my house. It made a huge difference to its appearance. Thanks George.

We couldn't be happier with our results from Armored Impact Windows & Doors. We initially sought them out in 2019 by recommendation of a friend, but I ended up moving abroad and didn't get around to doing the project until this year. To our great surprise, our quote this year was lower thanks to their continued success and being able to order larger quantities of supplies, providing a better price overall to the customer. After the city's permits were all approved, the project got started right away, and ALL of the staff were incredibly diligent, efficiently, responsible, and respectful of our items and the property. All of our belongings were covered and protected, and our entire house was done in just about 4 days total (we had 9 windows, 1 front door, 1 garage door, and 1 glass sliding door). At the same time as this was being worked on, we also had our roof being re-done, and the team from Armored was great at managing the space and relationship with the roof contractors so that everything went smoothly on both sides. We are SO happy with our new windows, they did everything in record time and with the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend working with Leo and his whole team!!
