Service technician was excellent. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, on time, Found the problem for the A/C taking a long time to cool down a few degrees at night. Dirty coils...likely clogged with pollen which was horrible this year, I suspect.
Arlington Heating has been servicing my home for 15 years. They’ve always done a fantastic job. They are always on time, polite and professional. The one or two times I had an issue with the HVAC they have come out right away and taken care of it. I’ve had the same technician for those 15 years (Curtis) who has been awesome. We are in the process of moving soon but I will absolutely have them service our new home. Their prices are fair for a yearly service contract and when I did have to replace my HVAC the price they gave me was on par or better then other places in the area. If you’re looking for an HVAC company look no further then Arlington heating and air.

Arlington H&AC installed the heating system in my home over 15 years ago, and with their regular inspections and maintenance the hot water tank system is still working like a charm. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and the technicians are reliable and always on time. Just a great business!

I have been a customer with Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning for many years. They helped me convert my house to central air conditioning. In the heat of the summer, my AC unit was faltering. To my surprise, they were able to fix the problem the next day, when i was expecting a week to respond. Marlon was the technician. He was very thorough and patiently answered all my questions. I trust him.
150 dollars to be told he couldn’t fix it. didn’t offer reasons or alternatives. felt like it was a bother for him to do his job.
We are 34 year customers of Arl Heat & Cooling, having had them replace our furnace, air conditioner unit, and hot water heater. We have twice-yearly-visit AC and furnace service contract to that ensure the systems run efficiently. The service techs are very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and take care to keep our home clean when they are here. The prices are fair and the equipment is high quality. Office staff are always pleasant and helpful and work to get techs out asap when there is an emergency (such as the no hot water issue when the heater needed a replacement at the end of its life). We recommend this company without reservation!
They show up when they're supposed to, spend time to make sure that the system's working properly, and are willing to explain things to the customer. The last furnace/AC system they installed was 18+ years old and still working, but I decided it was time to move on with a new one. Several years ago, another HVAC contractor tried to convince me that i needed a new unit but I was suspicious. I paid Arlington Heating and AC to look the system over and was told that while the system was old, there was nothing wrong with it. It was still doing what it was supposed to do.
Just the facts: I reported via email and the so-called “emergency service” phone number that our AC compressor had failed on a Saturday; On Monday morning I received a callback setting up service appointment for later that day; service person reported that the main panel circuit breaker for the AC compressor needed to be replaced and left; I immediately purchased and installed a new 30A circuit breaker, and confirmed bilateral voltages at the AC compressor service connector; unfortunately the AC compressor was still unresponsive; I then called for immediate service and service person arrived the following day and replaced the “Contactor”, another inoperative component in the AC Compressor after which the AC compressor was back on line.
Pleased with their service. They aren’t always upselling like some of the regional companies. For example, we lost AC due to a loose wire in the compressor. They fixed it and didn’t try to sell me a new unit. That’s worth its weight in gold.
We have been customers of Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning for more than 30 years and have been quite satisfied with their installations and service. They installed the first attic AC unit in the house we purchased back then which previously had only a couple of window units. A second attic unit was installed a few years later for an addition. Recently, the company updated both units in conjunction with other work on our house. Furthermore, when the addition was built, they replaced an old boiler and a separate hot water heater with a new boiler system serving both radiators and domestic hot water. They provided routine maintenance for both heating and AC systems without interruption for all of these years. We've been extremely satisfied with both the performance of both systems and with the company's routine service and their responsiveness when we had questions.

Arlington Heating and Air are true professionals including their office personnel, salesman, and installation team. The installation team are the best- explained everything and cleaned up meticulously at the end of the day. They are prompt and courteous. Highly recommend this company.
