Eine einzigartige Hochzeitsreise Eine einzigartige Hochzeitsreise, genau so, wie wir sie wollten. Mein Mann und ich haben im September 2020 geheiratet, also mitten in der Pandemie. Daher mussten wir leider mit unseren Flitterwochen warten, da aufgrund von Corona Reisen vorerst nicht erlaubt war. Dank Gianluca und der Professionalität und Transparenz von Arenatours haben wir unsere Reise zunächst auf den Winter und dann auf den Sommer verschieben können, um dann endlich drei Wochen Flitterwochen entspannt und in vollen Zügen genießen zu können. Bei allen Anpassungen wurden wir konsequent und ohne Probleme unterstützt. Wir haben kein Cent dazugezahlt und bedanken uns sehr für die Mühen, die ihr euch gemacht habt, um unseren Traum zu verwirklichen!!

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Gianlucas Management. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Gianlucas Management. Von Anfang an machte sie mir mehrere Angebote, obwohl sie unsere genauen Reisedaten nicht kannte. Tratei com 2 agentes diferentes mas senti a mesma confiança e profissionalismo, mesmo em situações imprevistas como por exemplo substituição de voos devido à greve. Recomendo!

Mein Mann Mein Mann, ich und unsere beiden Kinder u‌bernachteten in einer Grand Beach Villa im Olhuveli Resort. Die Mitarbeiter des Resorts halfen uns bei allen unseren Wu‌nschen, um den Urlaub einen Traum werden zu lassen. Das Resort hat unsere Erwartungen ebenfalls bei Weitem erfu‌llt. Der Agent Gianluca, der uns das Hotel empfahl, war sehr professionell und organisierte die Reise nach unseren Wu‌nschen. Wir hoffen, so bald wie mo‌glich wieder reisen zu ko‌nnen !!

Vacanza bellissima organizzata alla perfezione da arenatours Vacanza bellissima organizzata alla perfezione da Arenatours, un grazie alla nostra consulente Chiara che ci ha seguito dal primo momento fino al nostro rientro, non pensavamo di essere seguiti in questo modo prenotando un viaggio in un’agenzia online, non abbiamo mai ricevuto cosi tante attenzioni per l’intera durata del viaggio, non solo in fase di prenotazione o prima della partenza. Fondamentale il suo intervento durante il viaggio per aiutarci con un cambio del volo di ritorno e per gestire il tutto senza darci nessuna minima preoccupazione. Parlando del viaggio, dopo tanto siamo riusciti a tornare alle Maldive, un posto che ci fa sempre stare bene e che ci da tutto quello che cerchiamo quando vogliamo staccare la spina e ricaricare le energie con una vacanza. Siamo stati al Constance Halaveli dopo che alcuni amici ce ne avevano parlato molto bene e dopo la conferma di Chiara sulle caratteristiche del resort abbiamo deciso di sceglierlo tra le tante alternative che stavamo valutando, ne siamo rimasti veramente molto soddisfatti. Il servizio è impeccabile, l’isola molto bella soprattutto per la bellissima laguna e le incredibili spiagge dell’isola, una sabbia bianca finissima, morbida, qualcosa di veramente unico che non sempre si trova alle Maldive. Oltre al cibo, alla bellezza dell’isola e al servizio impeccabile non possiamo non ringraziare il personale del centro benessere che abbiamo utilizzato molto ( anche per l’ottimo pacchetto all inclusive che avevamo, molto completo e vantaggioso su questo aspetto). Non vediamo l’ora di tornare in questo paradiso e conoscere nuove fantastiche isole e resort incredibili, ce ne sono tanti che già abbiamo segnato per la nostra prossima vacanza.

Emails were always answered in a very prompt manner. All our travel arrangements worked smoothly and the choice of accommodation & guides were excellent. We loved our driver Anujon. We would have no hesitation in recommending Arenatours to travellers wanting a high quality, stress free vacation.

We had such an amazing experience We had such an amazing experience that exceeded our expectations! It was our first time in Africa and it was great going to the two different areas in Kenya for safari. The highlight watching a female lion a few feet away eating the end of a water buffalo, while the young male lions took naps under a nearby tree allowing us fabulous photos. We put so much time and money into this trip and it was all worth it. Ana truly made it as seamless as possible for us and we couldn’t be happier!

All the arrangements for transportation, places to stay, and great game drives were already arranged for us. We saw a lot of animals and were taken care of. We had a wonderful We had a wonderful trip combination in Turkey and Maldives recently and we just sat back and enjoyed what Marta planned for us. Knowledgeable, thorough and fast responding, she really listens and works on your needs. Thank you for showing us the best of Istanbul and helping us choose the most wonderful resort in Maldives, Velassaru made the stay really, really special and apologies once again for all our last minute changes :)

She gave us good advice and suggestions in the planning stage, made payment easy and made sure our journey was going smoothly all through our visit. Everything, from our amazing guide in Dubai Hamilcar to the lovely hotels and outings we had chosen far exceeded our expectations. Even the weather was perfect. Not sure how they arranged that! recently spent a week in Turkey as a solo traveler. I recently spent a week in Turkey as a solo traveler. I learned about arenatours online and Ana organized a superb and wonderful trip which included stays in Istanbul and Cappadocia, and visits to Ephesus and Pamukkale. Each hotel was highly-quality, and given that this trip involved many transfers, I really appreciated how smooth and prompt the air and land transportation arrangements were. I found my guide Dilek extremely knowledgeable, and really knew how to manage the time spent in each destination to get the most out of the visit, while avoiding peak crowds. I would highly recommend Arenatours to anyone contemplating a visit to Turkey.
