I can’t really rate the service because, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to use it. I wanted to use the deposit from the M3 mapping service, which ultimately never happened, towards a purchase. It’s now June, and this has been going on since around December. I ordered carbon mirror covers. I understand that the owner is busy, but being repeatedly told that they would be delivered is a different matter. They were supposedly ordered a long time ago. Later, I was informed that delivery would be four weeks ago, then one week ago, and there was apparently even a confirmation email. I understand that you are very busy, but surely it is standard practice that when an ordered item arrives, you contact the customer. Assuming, of course, that the item was actually ordered in the first place.

Took my 2002 VW T4 in for a tune up and drove away with a much happier and stronger van. Pulls smoothly, with power and sounds lovely. The work has exceeded my expectations. ..and to add, I wasn’t made to feel I was in the wrong place with my old van, (Even though the place is filled with some serious modern machines!) they’ve obviously carried out a quality job regardless. Had a great experience with A Reeve, They did a diagnosis and full engine rebuild on my e92 m3, car was collected and the work was completed in a timely manner, Arron bent over backwards to get the car done quickly and got me discounts on parts saving me thousands of pounds, was given weekly calls from Arron with updates, pictures, just everything you could want, the build is phoniminal only comment i made to him was that i wasn’t told that i couldn’t pay by credit card with i wasn’t made aware of, he was quick to rectify this and he apologised that i wasnt made aware beforehand, he also informed me that since then he has now listed that credit isn’t accepted on every quote he does, top tier work and nice to see that he’s receptive of customer feedback, shame i live on the opposite side of the country as id use A Reeve for every job i have.

Conman broke my car twice and glued and stapled it together please stay away Took my rs7 in for water pump to be replaced the crank hub bolt got over torqued and it snapped on first day I got car back smashed crank hub crank hub casing and my rad got whole but I never new about the fan till it was taken to main dealer there was so many bolts without washers but to glue and staple a fan is next level of scum bag please do not use this man phone up Audi main dealer ask about him or phone LSG next to sandels car sales ask for sprague he will tell you all about him and the poor work on my car

Had a single midpipe supplied and fitted with OPF coded out to my X3M, cannot fault the service one bit! Received prompt replies when enquiring, they got me booked in no hassle. As I’m about 2hrs away, they let me stay in there waiting room whilst the work was done , even with my dog! Everyone on site was very friendly and professional. Couldn’t be happier with the work carried out, will definitely use in the future for any more work.

Couldn’t have been more helpful! Emailed an enquiry regarding a Milltek midpipe. Was answered promptly. Prices I’d gotten elsewhere were bettered and offered competitive fitting costs for that afternoon if I wanted. Needless to say from initial message to driving out the workshop with exhaust installed was under 4 hours. Fantastic service.

I recently used AReeve for a stage 1 map on my Mini JCW. Aaron is very experienced and knowledgeable with anything BMW & Mini related as you will see by researching forums. The map has made a huge difference to the car and I was very grateful for Aaron’s advice in terms of not pushing the car too far as this can cause other issues later down the line, (limiting the torque for the auto gearbox for example).

Ordered a part on 09/02, got a phone call a week later saying it will be about 10 days. I sent a follow up email on 07/03 which someone said they would check and get back to me. (They never did) so I canceled my order on 14/03. Had to chase this refund on 26/03, again said they’d check and get back to me. (They never did). Then ignored follow up emails, so I rang (after a few calls) I got told it would be done by 31/03. (It wasn’t). Eventually been refunded 01/04, a whopping 51 days after initially placing my order. Not ideal and wouldn’t recommend.

HI Anthony as explained to you the part was on back order , no emails have been have ignored we have been extremely busy. As also explained you paid via our site and this was refunded via our portal with you receiving notification of refund, it was only identified that you had paid via our old merchant and we couldnt refund due to change of merchant so your refund was done via bank transfer. We then called you to update you and inform you your refund had been processed of which your reply was 'thank you very much'
