Very disappointing and embarrassing!!! I ordered a bouquet to deliver for a friend who had recently lost her mother. This is the worse bouquet I have ever sent or given!!! "Vibrant Sunset Trending Bouquet Without Lilies, Large, €86.00" was a small bunch of twigs and fillers, with very few flowers. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. Arbour Blooms not again !!!

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered the €73 flowers for my mum for Mother’s Day. They arrived yesterday and contained less than half of the flowers they should have. I contacted Interflora yesterday with photographic evidence and they provided me with a partial refund, still not good enough. I live abroad and so couldn’t even fix the problem myself, very disappointing, if you order and they outsource to this company, please make sure you see what you have ordered before paying because I was ripped off royally. Wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering flowers from ArbourBloom, my husband ordered flowers with small box of chocolate from ArbourBlooms for valentines which costed over 90 and received dead flowers worth of 5-10 euro. Its their busy time or not It’s absolutely disgraceful that u send bunch like that to customer

I highly recommend Arbour Blooms!! We purchased buttonholes, corsages, and bouquets for our wedding from Arbour Blooms. It was great working with them. We were planning our wedding from abroad but that was no trouble since Arbour Blooms was very responsive over email. We had a specific vision in mind for the bouquets which they created perfectly. They then designed the buttonholes and corsages to compliment the style of the bouquets. Our flowers were delivered on time and looked absolutely stunning!!

We Visited Arbour Blooms swords Pavilions twice in relation to getting a small bunch of flowers made up for a very small wedding in the registry office, the first time we went the staff member ( brunette, the other staff member seemed lovely )was rude and basically told us no , we needed to order weeks in advance, said she didnt know what flowers would be in stock, glared at us as if we were mental, the second time we went in as we were passing because we seen she wasnt there so we tried again with another staff member, I just wanted something simple for a few photographs, my fiance is going through chemotherapy so we really didn't want a big fuss , while waiting the same lady arrived back, both times made us feel like we were mad asking so close to the wedding , she said what flowers do you want ? I said I don't mind just something small , she walked over to the roses, picked up 10 and said that's what €100 euro will get you , no other flowers at all in the bunch , I said no thanks so she took out 5 roses , put them back and said that's what 50 euro will get you, she just stared at me , I didn't know what to say , we were just a hindrance to her , she didn't attempt to make any effort , a lady on front of me had paid 70euro for a beautiful bunch of flowers, I would have happily paid that but will never go there again and will not be recommending to anyone , kindess goes a long way and numerous times this lady has been very rude, we went to a different florist at jcs shopping centre and recieved the most beautiful bridal bouquet less than 24hours before our wedding, a buttonhole for my fiance and a separate bouquet of flowers to congratulate us on our wedding for less than 70euro not that the money matters
Received two bouquets for mothers day on Mon 11th Mar instead of Sun 10th..very disappointed for both me and my daughter. Very little flowers, even the roses look wilted and alot of the lillyanthus are broken. Told my other daughter who lives abroad, who ordered them, to steer clear of this place. I wouldn't even rate this shop. Keep away is my advise. So disappointing for all concerned. Never again.

Really unhappy with this company. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day via Interflora UK. Paid extra for a large bouquet and asked if it could be bright and cheerful as my mum has had a difficult year.
A big Arbour Blooms box arrived containing a small bunch of mainly green foliage with no decorative box. I was told by the family how disappointed my mum was. The chocolates and card were fine but the flowers...see photos.
I fed back to Interflora UK who apologised profusely and gave me a full refund, but I would rather have had a lovely bouquet of flowers for my mum on Mother's Day!
Ordered hat box arrangement of flowers for my sister's Anniversary. Left selection of flowers at florists discretion. Delighted with the selection of flowers.

Spent €130 on Valentine’s Day flowers through Interflora, to receive the cheapest looking flowers that do not look at all like what I ordered on the website. I could have got better flowers for cheaper from the supermarket. Not even mentioning that they were delivered terribly, water was leaking and the card that it came with was soaked. Sooooooo bad.
These are not the same bouquet AT ALL!!!
