I never have experienced such terrible office experience. My mother had eye surgery. A week later she had high pressure in her eye and her head hurt. Dr. Dean saw her right away in Miramar office. My mom had another appointment at Office behind Galleria Mall. It was fo one o’clock. I called their number to say my mom was having high pressure in her eye could I come early. They said yes to me. I drove to Galleria location. I said as I wheeled my 93 year old mom in pain. Hi, I was told to come now instead of 1:00. The young woman said no. You have a appointment at one. You have to wait till 1:00. Two hours. I said my mother is in pain. She has high pressure in her eye. She said no. I asked for Manager. She said she is not here. I said what is her name. She said we don’t give out names. I said to her co worker that this woman’s is acting crazy. Then she said in front of all the patients she has her trash on the counter. I said ths trash is my moms eye drops. I started crying. My mom cut her hand on wheel chair. Blood fell on floor. The young girl got a mop and in front of me and patients and said this is discussing. Finally they came out from back to help us •. My moms pressure in her eye was 65 and 45 in other. They immediately gave her medicine to relieve the pressure. I was overwhelmed. The staff in back were so helpful. This young lady does not belong working at the front desk. She has no compassion. I will never go back. I said to her when I left. You will loose your job over this. I sent complaint. They called back. They never returned 3 phone calls or a text to them.

Hoy fui supuestamente a mi cita en Miramar y me di con la sorpresa que no registraron mi cita. Hace dos meses yo saqué una cita por teléfono, la que me atendió en todo momento fue muy ruda y grosera y nunca me reservó la cita. Por eso hoy no pude atenderme. Cuiden al personal que atiende al público, merecemos respeto y buena atención.

Realmente siento que estoy perdiendo mi tiempo escribiendo para ver si podrian mejorar un poco., pero veo muchas reseñas malas y siguen igual. Me refiero específicamente de las empleadas en la recepción de la oficina de North Miami, son groseras, mal educadas y amargadas. No fue solo conmigo hasta que llegara mi turno de maltrato oi y vi cualquier otra barbaridad con otros pacientes. Este lugar es una fábrica de maltrato

English & Spanish translation Today I saw Dr. Steven Newman, and I was absolutely delighted with his care from beginning to end. Unlike other colleagues who simply examine or perform procedures without any explanation and then rush off, he took the time to explain my case to me. But what was truly outstanding was his genuine and sincere dedication. I am taking this opportunity to comment on Aran Associates as a company and to ask those responsible to find ways to improve customer service. Making an appointment by phone or asking any kind of question is a nightmare; no one answers the phone, and they don't return calls, except for the emergency line. The wait time is also outrageous. Thank you very much, Dr. Newman. _______ Hoy fui vista by Dr Steven Newman, totalmente me encantó su atención de principio a fin. A diferencia de otros colegas quienes sólo se limitan a examinar o realizar procedimientos sin dar ninguna explicación y salen corriendo. El tomo el tiempo para explicarme acerca de mi caso, pero lo excelente de todo, fue su genuina y sincera dedicación. Aprovecho esta reseña, para comentar acerca de Aran Associates como empresa y con el fin de que a quienes corresponda, busquen la manera de mejorar el servicio al cliente ya que para hacer una cita por teléfono, o para realizar cualquier clase de pregunta, no hay quien responda, ni el teléfono, ni tampoco devuelven las llamadas, a excepción de la linea de emergencia, es una total pesadilla. Así como también el tiempo de espera es fuera de serie. Muchísimas gracias Dr. Newman.

Terrible office. Rude counter staff. Waited one hour and 10 minutes ftom scheduled appointment and never got called. Resd other reviews and then tinaway from this office.

👎This place has you wait for eternity we are speaking past 5 hours. I find this inhumane and elder abuse. No consideration to patients whatsoever. Also you can count on constant appointment changes. DO NOT ATTEND THIS PLACE. I have removed my 80 year old father from here.

Had an eye surgery confirmed, I received no phone call advising I was not medical cleared for the surgery, after an hour drive to arrive to my appointment I was told I could not proceed with surgery since I was not medically cleared. Wasted time and time off of work. The receptionist at the front desks are extremely uneducated as well as rude and do not like to be asked questions. The head nurse, a woman in her late 30’s into her 40’s- extremely disrespectful, stating “I lied” about being told to drink tea prior to an appointment that was in late afternoon. I advised the nurse, I was given the ok to drink tea since my appointment was late. She actually called the rep that spoke to me and asked her in front of me, the rep stated, “yes, she can have tea since her appointment was at a later time. She did not apologize for accusing me of lying- I’m a grown woman and do not have any reason to lie about such nonsense. She didn’t stop talking and being loud and obnoxiously rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Doctors- haven’t had an issue with. Except the wait. 6 hours once, couple hours only for a check up and so forth. Unorganized, long wait, rude, do not give you follow up calls and change your appointments when they feel like it.

This eye center sucks everything about it is horrible, no one should be seen here, tell you no eating for surgery and you literally wait 6-7 hours to be seen and God forbid if you have to take medicine or diabetic you will going into a diabetic crisis an the lady at the front DESK IS HORRIBLE AN RUDE AND NEED TO BE FIRED SO SHE WORK ELSE WHERE, SO SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC, DR IS SLOW I PROMISE YOU CAN WORK A 8 HR SHIFT AND COME BACK AND YOU WILL STILL BE WAITING TO SEE THE DR

Me operaron de cataratas en ambos ojos, el trato fue excelente, y los resultados insuperables fue rápido el proceso y el Dr Fernandez que me operó es un excelente especialista. Les estoy muy agradecido y feliz del resultado. Me devolvió la vista.

Worst Dr ever. He asked me if I smoke,I said no,I use to smoke 4 years ago. I'm legally blind because I was robbed and beaten up by several men..they threw some kind of acid on me which landed on my left side of my neck and chest ,to which it splashed into my eyes and left ear,that is why I'm legally blind. The Dr said my eyes are this way because of smoking. He never asked me why my eyes are this way,he just assuming.i said this is not because of smoking,it's Bec of an accident that left me in a coma for a month. I said you never asked me why,you just assumed it's because of my past smoking. He looked at my eyes for like a minute and assumed it's because I USED to smoke ..lol.. then he gave me over the counter pills no eye drops ,no antibiotics gel for my eyes.just pills....lol.. please go to another Dr. Not me. Perez or lopez whatever his name is.this is 18926 s Dixie hwy Miami FL..."DO NOT GO THERE"!...

Waste of time. The interaction between myself and Doctor Flores could've been a lot better. I stated all my eye issues I've dealt with prior to seeing her and nothing was followed up on, no further information was given regarding my eyes or the state they're in or if they've gotten worse or what I can do to improve on them, only a follow up. In addition, how is it that the doctor in the office accepts an insurance that the optometrist in the SAME OFFICE does not accept. I was made to wait an extra half hour with the hope of being able to see the optometrist only to find out she doesn't accept my insurance, the same one the doctor just saw me with. Unbelievable, this is a joke and overall a waste of time in my case, I strongly urge you to call and voice any concerns before checking it out. Unfortunately, you don’t feel valued and your concerns may not even be addressed.

I cannot recommend Aran Eye Associates, located at 2550 S Douglas Road, Coral Gables, FL, due to a series of frustrating and unprofessional experiences. From the moment I booked my appointment, things started to go downhill. The staff seemed more focused on getting patients through the door to continue billing the insurance companies rather than addressing actual medical concerns. It felt like they were prioritizing profits over patient care. My needs were never truly addressed, and it was disheartening to see the lack of genuine concern for patient well-being. To make matters worse, when I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was told that no one was available to speak with me in person. I was promised that I would receive a call to discuss my concerns, but, unsurprisingly, no follow-up occurred. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and this establishment operates with little regard for the patient's time or needs. I do not recommend anyone visit this location, as it appears to prioritize maximizing insurance claims over providing quality healthcare. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this clinic. My first appt was not with doctor I was told I would see. Do not even know her name as she did not introduce herself. I was not given any results of my appt, only that I was being given drops, and to come back May 22. I figured I would get details on May 22. During that appt I was given a peripheral vision test, with no results, and no visit with doctor. I waited a minimum of 20 minutes to schedule my next appt and I was told to come back on June 23, which I told them was not possible and was rudely asked "well do you want me to see if I can find something else" and I replied yes. I was again not given choices. I have decided to go to another doctor.
