Updated previous review I ordered the Inquisition kit two weeks ago, but the experience has been disappointing. I never received a confirmation email, and the order doesn’t show up in my orders, even though the money was taken but it does appear in my invoices. I’ve submitted two support tickets, sent an email, and even contacted them on Instagram and Facebook, but no one has responded. The total lack of support communication is unacceptable and highly frustrating. This is an update to my previous review on the 24th. I got an email from my support ticket with my order details, and my order now shows up in my orders tab and says it's processing the original order was placed on the 16th. Its currently the 27th

At first I ordered the testudo gen 3 level 4 armor , I had got no email confirmation, I sent a email with anger and disappointment , next couple days go by I get the email and my armor kit was delivered today , the steel and titanium a4 armor is the best and most comfortable armor kit I have got , thank you for understanding my frustration with an order that was in 2025 and got it mid week of January 2026 , I appreciate you guys for getting this sent out to me and I use it for work , it was a good day today for all my body armor and gear for security.

I have changed my review to five star. I do not know what was going on with the difficulty of communication and verification of my order. After a few back and forth with them working very diligent to get my order right. I will say this company and the people that are there are very consciences to their customers needs. My order is shipped and I will update when I receive it. Thank you again for all the hard work y'all did to get this right.

I placed and order 4 weeks ago, sent out multiple emails. I’ve also spoke to multiple business partners of theirs and even sent them confirmation of purchases, I’ve yet to get a response from anyone. Worst dealings I’ve ever had.

After receiving a vest given for a gift..it was send in error,, the wrong size during the busy holiday season.which is very understandable. After sending emails,support responses,,on forums,,and needing the correct size asap to obvious have protection for oneself..I recieved a call from Carson..the actual owner,,who apologized endlessly. .and instead of asking for tons of proof, which I had to show it was actually the incorrect size..he personally was going into his stock,pulling out the correct size,and sending it 2 day mail immedietly . What a great response he had towards the situation I will be purchasing many more items from his company,,abd wanted to shout out to others that it was a great experience, probably one of the best unstressful transactions I've ever had to deal with. Ordered 18 days ago and have asked twice for an update. I've read the other reviews stating they are experiencing high order volumes. Lots of orders are a blessing but a double edged sword for a small company. Carson has since reached out and has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I can tell he genuinely cares about his customers overall experience and satisfaction. If you are experiencing the same kind of delay, I ensure you they are working hard to get all orders processed as quickly as possible. Carson made that very clear with the way he has handled my order. I will happily give a product review once I receive my order!

Really really wanted to like this company as they appeared to have been built on Christian values and stand up for the second amendment. With that said, they possibly have the worst customer service I’ve ever interacted with. I was really excited to have placed my first order for a plate carrier from Armored Republic on 9/16/25. After ordering, it was communicated on the confirmation page that processing times were about 4 weeks. After not receiving the products or any kind of update for a while, I sent an email just requesting an update on 10/22/25 (much past 4 weeks). Another week went by and I still did not receive any type of response so I sent another email on 10/29/25 and still did not receive any kind of response back. At that point, I figured since they are active on posting on social media, I might as well DM them on Instagram to try my luck there. Thankfully, I received a response fairly quickly and the person was very helpful in getting me the answers I wanted. Within a few more weeks, the products I ordered had arrived… or at least I thought they did. Along with the plate carrier, I also ordered some pistol and AR mag pouches. I never received the AR mag pouches and sent another email on 11/22/25 to explain the issue. Well it’s now 1/2/26 and still no response. At this point I figured I might as well chalk it up as a loss. As someone who has worked customer service in the past, I’m just really disappointed on the lack of updates and just the matter in general. Really hoping for some kind of resolution from this. The plate carriers are not cheap and I would like this made right in some way.

We recognize there have been significant delays on certain purchases, and we can't stress enough how sorry we are for that.
The support email address is no longer in service, which may shed some light on why you haven't received a response via email. Upon emailing our support email, you should have received an automated reply instructing you to follow up on your issue via service ticket. This response may be in your spam folder.
Our Contact Us section on the website prompts customers to now submit tickets within their account. This allows for better record keeping and ease of problem solving on our end.

I was excited to get my first plate carrier. Received it and found a bunch of straps and loops that I had no idea where they go. No instructions or videos on it even after they stated they were going to upload a video on their channel. Decided on returning it, and it's a pain trying to get in touch with someone. I sent emails and messages and got ignored until days later. No response to my email though. They will not cover shipping. It cost me 71 to send it back.

I just went in to buy a full set of level 3+ armor plates with trauma pads for my plate carrier, and i have to say Jesse was super kind and very helpful! My order just shipped! I'm excited to receive it from you guys! Ive done my research and looked at many body armor companies and I made you my choice , I already have armour for my viktos bag and it's amazing , can't wait to get it next Thursday! Thank you guys, and patience always pays off, some people don't understand there's a wait time for body armor because of the times we live in and they lose out on a good product. I'll be ordering more again soon!

I placed an order 5 weeks ago from Armored Republic, and requested an order cancellation due to the extended wait. It took over 2 weeks to finally get the refund. I actually placed two orders. The first for an armor package (which I never received), the second for a balistic helmet. I receved the helmet after 3 weeks. However it had less than a year left on it's shelf life, and it was manufacturer in South Korea. The helmet was a clearance item, but nothing on the website described it's manuacturing origin or age. Based on the quality of what I have received, I cannot recommend their goods. I find this company slow to respond. I have ordered from several of their competitors (Spartan Body Armor and Premier Body Armor), and had much quicker order/delivery times, and accurate website descriptions. To their credit, Armored Republic did eventually return my money, and they actually refunded my money for the helmet, for the trouble. After speaking with their sales director, they are a small company, with limited resources. They have been struggling with large sales volumes in the aftermath of some of the recent civil unrest issues. I do appreciate their honesty and effort to rectify the situation. I did like that their sales director was very familiar with their product lines, and even appears to have tested their goods. But if you need your goods quickly, there are better options.

Absolutely Awesome If there were more than 5 stars available to choose I would have gone the top. Way beyond 5 Stars. I dealt with Carson Barney, and his services was absolutely top notch! Actually way beyond that. I have been involved the Firearm/Tactical/Hunting industry in sales, manufacturing, marketing, competition, training and personal use for many years. Their products are very high quality and the service I received was over the top and I love their faith based statements. I would recommend them to my best friends and family. Ive had an AR plate carrier since the early 2010s. Didnt know much about it other than it was AR500. I recently met a young man, Carson, who works for the company that spent his evening looking through every product Armored Republic has ever sold until he found mine. He then talked to me about the newer models, and what would the most comparable upgrade to my tried and true current carrier. fantastic customer service
