Part of our system has had some issues I didn’t understand, being new owners and never having had an irrigation system before. Pablo came to start it up and has helped me over the phone several times, including just now. He is excellent at what he does! He even remembered our yard, layout and system despite having been to many other places since being on site with me. Again, he’s excellent! And he’s a really nice guy! Good work, Pablo! And good work AquaPro in having him on board!

I set an appointment with this company at the recommendation of a landscaper of ours who works at Suburban. There was a little confusion over the meeting time -could’ve been my fault. They came the next day. Gave a great explanation of how to fix our issue which I don’t think is too complicated -But it’s not a quick job either. Since then, I’ve heard nothing back, except for once when they said they were trying to fit me in between rain-but that was in response to me inquiring. I’ve called and texted maybe three times in the last month with no response at all. Really all I asked for is that they get it on the schedule but now I’m in a crunch situation where we actually need water in these areas and now I have get other quotes and go through the process again. If I hear back from them, I would be more than happy -delighted to change this review But it would have to be pretty quick.

Tim and his team did an amazing job. On time, meticulously ensures everything is completed perfectly. Tim has great idea and takes a lot of pride in his work. He is also one very nice gentleman!!! Definitely would hire again!!!

I was driving on 152 hwy this morning and one of aqua pros vans was weaving in and out of traffic i was keeping my distance cause it was raining and i had a truck on the back of my tow truck when all of a sudden the van slams on its brakes and almost comes to complete stop almost causing me to rear end there van then as i blow my horn the van guns it and takes off but the people behind werent so lucky as they rear ended one another so three cars were involved and the drivdr took off on the exit after it caused a accident im not sure who they allow to drive therd van but they should seriously monitor there employees driving its very sad that tgere employee would have total disregard for what he did i would never allow this company to enter my property after seeing how there employees drive a vsn id be worried what they would do installing a sprinkler system kerp ur family safe stay far away from this company

I'm very happy with my new irrigation system from AquaPro. I received bids from multiple companies, and I felt AquaPro was the best value. Tim is very passionate about his service, he spent a lot of time with me going over his process and why he uses the components he uses. He recommended a specific Hunter system which conserves water and it definitely seems to work - my water bills since install are much lower than my neighbors with similar sized yards. I also had him renovate my yard - aerate, verticut, seed, and fill in some low spots. His crew did a great job.

Tim came out this Fall and fixed some broken sprinkler heads and then adjusted all of them for us. He also verticut, aerated and over seeded. He was super efficient and went above and beyond cleaning everything up. And on top of that, he was very reasonable. Would highly recommend Tim for all of your lawn projects.
