More like "Aqua Dry and Abandonment." They would not provide an estimate unless they were the only vendor providing an estimate to an emergency leak, told my tenant that everything would be put back as it was, and then told me that they could not conduct the restoration. They didn't even cap the sewage pipe for a toilet, so my tenant had to deal with the stench himself. They also discarded/stole a sink rack without advising me of that. Then when the job was "done" they couldn't even wait for the mail before getting paid. I had to drive to their office and deliver a check.

I had toilet leak in an upstairs restroom that went all the way down to the middle level of my home which was a total nightmare! I spoke with Mike Ruiz from aqua dry, they set up an appointment very quickly to come assess the job, they were able to do all of the work. Mike was very helpful and kept me informed every step of the job. Being a first time homeowner is very stressful especially when something goes wrong, Michael and Juan were both very helpful and transparent with all work being done and cost, they made the entire process go smoothly. They were also very respectful of my home and kept everything clean while doing work. Thank you to the whole aqua dry team, I would recommend them to anyone wanting quality work and great customer service!

These guys were great! They came to inspect (free) immediately (the next day), got me an estimate that night and were here to remediate mold within a couple days of me accepting the bid. They explained what they’d do, and that they’d build containment boxes around the 2 areas to remediate. My communication was with both Juan and Mike, and both are super polite, respectful, professional (when Mike came to inspect, I opened the door to him putting booties on, I days thank you for that- I’ma shoe free home!- and his response was, “I treat your home like I treat mine.”). Breakdown a few days later was quick, and Mike even replaced my air filler in the AC for me. They gave me referrals for duct cleaning and further testing, and I had both phone numbers to call or text with questions. Hopefully I never need them again, but I won’t look elsewhere if I do

I contacted Aqua Dry to help us fix a water seepage issue in our basement closet. We already went through the mold remediation process, but the problem would persist if we didn't find the source of water. I spoke with Juan, who talked through the problem over the phone, and ultimately steered me towards engaging with a foundation expert or structural engineer. He seemed very knowledgeable, and I appreciate that he ultimately put the needs of a potential customer first rather than try to gain our business on the spot. I will definitely call upon him if needed for different aspects of this repair.

Juan and his crews did a quality job on a bathroom remodel that included installing a pocket door, cabinet modifications, quartz countertops, undermount sinks and faucets. All work was completed on time and Juan was very good at providing estimates before the work started and providing updates on any scope and pricing changes as the job progressed.

After finding mold near a window in our house, Juan came out promptly to look at what would need to be done. They were able to identify the problem (window not draining properly), replace the window and repair everything. Other companies could only offer the demolition and mold containment and investigation, but not the rebuild (for which you would have to find a contractor separately). The fact that Aqua Dry could do the entire job was a huge selling point, and they did a great job.

I woke up one morning and found my washer had continued to fill up for over 12 hours!! I had 2000 gallons in my basement! I was unable to even think who I should call for help. I made several calls and even hung up on one because they were not interested in helping me they just wanted to know if I had insurance. When I spoke to Juan that morning he was kind , compassionate and said I’m on the way! What a relief! Right away I could sense that I could trust Juan and knew that he and his crew would do a great job and that they cared about me and my situation.
They dried the basement out and did all the reconstruction that was needed then new carpet and paint! It looks beautiful! I am so so grateful to Juan and the whole team. I am using them again for my next project!!! Thank you AQUA DRY!

Our finished downstairs family room had been experiencing a gradual water leak, coming through a window well undetected, for a few months. Once discovered, I called Aqua Dry and they responded quickly with an estimate within our church budget. Not only were they quick to give an estimate but once hired, began the work immediately and completed the work in a timely manner, to include the safe mitigation of the black mold. They kept the room clean at all times, leaving no messes for me to deal with after every day of their work. After they finished, the room looked better than before. Many thanks to Juan and Mike Ruiz, along with their entire crew for a job well done. I have and will continue, to recommend them for any kind of reconstruction or water/mold mitigation you may need.

Juan Ruiz was amazing. Juan gave me professional advice about mold found in my home before he ever came out and referred me to a company that does air testing. He gave me a complete, professional printed estimate while at my home for an estimate. Another company never even got back with me with an estimate after spending 45 minutes in my home. I felt very comfortable trusting Aqua Dry and they came out quickly to start the mitigation job. Most importantly, Juan was very sympathetic and genuinely concerned about my health and asthma. He was so nice and he offered to take a lot of affected items out of my basement and dispose of them which I was thrilled about. His team worked very hard. Aqua Dry is a family owned business that we found to be extremely trustworthy. Our daughter's house had a leak from some of big rains we had back in May and Aqua Dry were the first company to respond to our request for assistance. Juan and Mike were always on time and they always stayed in close communication with us. Our project was completed faster than we anticipated and the finished results are absolutely perfect. Juan and Michael Ruiz were extremely helpful when my wife and I were having some respiratory issues. They came out incredibly fast and fit us in the next day after finding mold in our crawlspace. Everyone that came out was extremely helpful and respectful. I can’t recommend them enough.
