Adam is the nicest man you could ever welcome into your home. At short notice he made every effort to service our boiler and repair, he worked over time to make it happen. Adam from APR Boilers attended my sister-in-laws property to service her boiler and investigate some leeks. He advised that although the boiler was 15 years old a could be repaired it was likely other faults would develop over time and that replacement would be more economical. No pressure was put on her to opt for the replacement. She decided to opt for a new boiler to take advantage of manufacturers warranty. Adam agreed to carry out the work the following week. He was extremely tidy protecting carpets and decor professionally and kept her informed of progress during the whole process. The existing system pipe work and rads were all flushed and now working perfectly. All required certificates etc. were provided in good time. I would definitely recommend this business.

Adam is very experienced and professional at his job. He had my boiler serviced and even managed to check heating pressure as well fixing my cooker which I was advised not to use by another engineer. He is friendly and makes you feel at ease. A friend recommended him and I’m glad he did because I will also recommend him without hesitation.

Adam has been servicing mine and my parents boilers for many years and is the only person we will allow to touch them. He is very honest, professional and knows what he's talking about. He's got me out of trouble a few times at the drop of a hat when my boilers played up and always goes above and beyond to make sure the client is happy. I will always recommend him x

Honest, reliable and friendly! Installed our boiler and fixed the pipe work to perfection, has been servicing our boiler each year since and no issues have occurred.

I have called Adam to ask about a boiler issue, he was happy to do a video call and look at the issue and it solved the problem. He was very knowledgeable, patient and always helpful even with the annual service. I will certainly recommend him to anyone.

Adam was here for two days installing a new boiler and flushing the radiators. I found Adam very reliable, professional and good at explaining each stage. He only works with brands that he would install in his own home and genuinely cares that the customer is happy. The paperwork side is super efficient too. He also registered my new boiler and put me in his diary system for my yearly service and will send me a reminder.
