Abbas was fantastic and I would use him again (and I have)
My oven broke and I didn't know where to start - after being referred to Abbas by a friend he came over quickly to asses it, identified the issued, replaced the parts quickly and went above and beyond to help fix a secondary issue with some oven screws. I am hugely grateful - thank you so much!!
Adding to this as the above was from a year or so ago.
I messaged Abbas this morning (24/4/25) about my broken washing machine. Amazingly he managed to come and see me in today as it was leaking. He quickly assessed the machine, helped me move things out the way and ultimately fixed it in less than an hour.

This company offers great customer service, skilled, efficient engineers for most major brands of appliances. Abbas came to fix a problem with my washing machine, he was personable, respectful of the home and very proficient, he quickly identified the issue and was able fix it immediately. The drier of our old washer/drier wasn’t working. I got an appointment the following day. Abbas phoned me before arrival , was extremely friendly, clean and professional. The new part arrived two days later and Abbas returned immediately to fix the problem. I couldn’t be more pleased with his efficient and reasonably priced service.

Great service from the team, he arrive promptly after my enquiry, inspected the oven, found the issue, ordered the part for me then came back a few days later to fit it and now we have a working oven again, thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely first rate service on our Bosch washing machine after another company failed to fix it and said the machine was too old to repair. Within a minute of arriving Abbas correctly diagnosed the problem - it just needed a new belt. He ordered the correct part and installed it as soon as it arrived. He also ensured machine was working perfectly after the repair. I highly recommend this company, they are prompt, courteous, tidy and good value.
