SOMO did a great job at doing my door aligning so that I could install my new smart deadbolt. Afterwards they patched my door, did a restoration and refinished it. Then they did the setup and all for the door. All for a competitive price!

Dryer Repair
My old washer stopped working during the rinse cycle and tripping the fuse box. James accessed the problem and told me how to empty the water. Showed me two affordable used washers and set me up for delivery the next morning. Delivery was on time, knowable of the product and professional. I had to edit my original review after the stove failed…
I would strongly recommend avoiding Caspi Home Service based on my experience with them.
Our Hisense stove was relatively new when it developed an issue with the oven ignition switch. Caspi Home Service came out and supposedly repaired the problem, but within about a week and a half to two weeks, the stove stopped working properly again.
There were also problems with the top burners. During the repair, their technician, Royal, removed screws from my old stove and used them in an attempt to get the burners on the Hisense stove working correctly. Even after that, the burners never worked the way they were supposed to.
They had also initially ordered a part that was not correct for my Hisense stove. After the eventual repair, the stove failed again shortly afterward.
I called multiple times trying to get the situation resolved. I spoke with Royal and also someone at the main office who I believe was named Victor. I explained that after everything we had gone through, I was simply asking for a partial refund. I was told they would not consider any refund unless I allowed them to come back out again.
When the technician returned, however, there was no meaningful repair performed. He essentially removed the screws they had taken from my old stove so that I could put them back where they belonged.
Because the stove still was not properly repaired and the company would not provide even a partial refund, we disputed the charge through our bank. Caspi Home Service then challenged the dispute by claiming that the service had been performed. While they did come to our home, the repair we paid for did not successfully resolve the problem.
Another major concern was the business address listed on their website. I personally drove to the listed location and could not find an operating Caspi Home Service business there. When I questioned them about it, I was told that they were not actually operating from that location. That made me even more uncomfortable with the entire situation.
My issue is not simply that a repair failed. Repairs can sometimes go wrong. My issue is how the company handled it afterward: incorrect parts, an unsuccessful repair, repeated phone calls, no reasonable partial refund, and then disputing our bank claim as though the original problem had been properly resolved.
Based on my experience, I do not consider this company reliable or fair in how they handled our situation.
I would not use Caspi Home Service again, and I strongly recommend doing your research before hiring them.

Repair was great, dude was knowledgeable. Showed me all the stuff the last repair guy screwed up. And looks like we got the right part installed this time. Only Big issue was he said the window for the visit 9-12 and showed up at 1:15 saying he was coming at 11,12, and 1. Just tell your customers your my last stop of the trip or morning and I’m going to be there after 12 noon. And all would be okay 👌 missed a 5 star for being over an hour late for a 4 hour window and bad communication. I could have done the things I needed done this morning instead of scrambling at 2:15pm before the kids get out of school at 3pm
