Tommy did a great job, cleaned up after himself. Checked back with me on refrigerator temperature and came back to check again. He also explained everything that had to be done.

Unprofessional Service – Left the Appliance Worse Than BeforeI hired this company to fix my dryer, which was making a loud noise and failing to dry clothes. I paid their service fee, but unfortunately, the technician left the appliance in significantly worse condition. The dryer is now running even louder than it was initially and fails to dry at all. When I contacted customer service to report the issue, they refused to issue a refund or send anyone back out to correct the mistake. Paying for a professional repair service only to have my appliance further damaged with no resolution is completely unacceptable. I am highly disappointed in both the technical competence and the customer service of this company. I would leave zero stars if it were an option. It is incredibly frustrating to pay a professional company to do a job, receive worse results, and be met with dismissive customer support. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your appliance repair needs.

Scammers!!! Do NOT TRUST this company
I had an issue with my refrigerator not cooling.
Do not recommend anyone using this company ever . To go through what I went through with this company was a complete diaster.
Tommy came said he will order the part it took over a week the part cost 420 when he got the part and came he said the fridge cannot fix he barely spoke english.
From that moment I understood he doesn't know what he was doing cause he barely had any patience . I told him ok please return the part and refund me the money he said he returning the part but he cannot refund the money since its not refundable.
I could not wrap my head around this how can you charge me for the part $420 plus on top of that your service fee and I still didnt get my refrigerator fixed.
I called the office they claim they will talk with management and call me back the following morning. I never got a call back and when I tried calling them they do not answer my calls.
Be aware of this situation.

Took my money stating they will return the part but I cant get my refund . What kind of business do this to its customers only scammers.

Tommy was great in fixing our fridge. We had a leaky valve and a faulty ice-maker. After fixing the initial leak we were still having issues with our ice maker and Tommy came back multiple times to keep trying to figure out the issue and find a solution. Finally he was able to work out the issue with our ice maker and get the appropriate parts in order to fix it. He stayed in contact with us in between visits to keep us posted on order status and next steps. Would highly recommend.

Horrible customer service
Had an appointment set up for Friday night between 5-8pm. Technician calls at 6 pm telling me he can't make it. Ask me to give him a time to come on Saturday and then tells me he can't come on Saturday either. Office calls me back to tell me they don't work on weekends. Now I have to find someone else and pay double. Horrible customer service. Should have told me when I booked the appointment they couldn't do it so I could have found someone earlier and not pay double.
