I was very impressed to learn about all the programs and resources available at Apple Psychological. Yes they provide exceptional therapy but they also are experts at diagnosis, testing, offer group programs, and partner with schools and local businesses. It’s wonderful to know that so many different needs can serviced by one company that truly cares about their patients and works hard to ensure each person recieved the specialized care they need.

I have had a very positive experience with Apple Psychological Marianne has been so nice and always helpful. She gets back to me immediately with any questions I might have. I get appointment alerts for my wonderful therapist Marla Newborn and they handle the billing as well.

No I am not a client and I don't have to be to have a complaint. I worked with one of your counselors and she used bullying tactics and unethical practices in her line of work. I have reported her to the NASW and the commissioner’s office. She is not qualified to work as a clinician. My complaints are warranted and your response to my original complaint just goes to show the morale of your clinic. Eta - my complaint was everything to do with your clinic you need to remove this counselor from your practice. I already gave this clinic a call and spoke to someone who was very dismissive about my complaints.

Excellent Group Practice with Expert Professionals Overall, working with Apple Psychological has been a truly positive experience.
