We are always open to criticism because they help us improve and make the stay better for our guests, but we do not accept unfair and untruthful accusations like yours. No one before you has had any difficulty in finding us, simply because they had the foresight to read the instructions we sent via email and booking message. The various videos that we have included explain everything guests need: how to access the structure, how to use the services of the residence and much more. We also thought we would do something nice and pleasant by accepting your request to check in at 8pm, despite the rules of our apartment indicate check-in from 3pm to 5pm. But apparently, by the grade assigned to the staff, it wasn't at all. However, we thank you for having stayed with us and we will take a cue from your "criticism" to make sure that the next guests read our communications. Greetings from the staff

As you could see, our apartment is the size of a hotel room and to make it livable we opted for a sofa bed, aware that not everyone would like it and for this reason we have clearly specified it in the ad we published ( as the pictures show). To ensure a pleasant sleep, we therefore opted for a latest generation sofa bed, equipped with 15 cm high mattresses, unlike the common double beds. We are sorry that you did not take a good look at the ad, which perfectly shows that in our apartment there is no balcony and the view of the lake is very limited, but from the pool and the bar there is a breathtaking view of the lake from above. , unique and that all our guests have greatly appreciated.

Hello Caroline thank you for your feedback. As indicated in the description of our structure, ours is a private apartment, not a hotel and therefore logically there is no reception. However, there is a keeper who is always available in case we are not present. We have clearly indicated in the description of the apartment on booking and in the various emails we send to each incoming guest that we check-in online. We have adopted this type of check-in to give greater freedom of arrival times and because it is requested by several guests. Furthermore, as you have reported, we contact everyone by phone or whatsapp and we are available for any need. We are sorry that you did not find the bed comfortable: it is a brand new sofa bed and consists of 2 real mattresses, unlike a common sofa bed which usually has low and uncomfortable mattresses. The photos in the description are very clear of this too. Thank you for staying in our apartment, sorry for what you wrote, but the apartment matches exactly what the description says and what the photos show.

The building, during the period you stayed, was obviously less populated than in high season periods and sorry you could not enjoy the tranquility that our residence immersed in the greenery gives our guests. The residence guarantees residents and guests a high level of security; It is in fact monitored by a guardian and equipped with a video surveillance system. Our apartment is located in one of the many Ale of the Residence, which as you could see is very large. We really don't understand what you mean when you say that the building is hidden separately and is abandoned: we enjoy one of the best positions for access to the bar and pool. The photographs are faithful to how the apartment is, as all the previous reviews confirm to you. We are very attentive to energy waste, the lights work in night mode in the dark hours, but they can still be activated with normal light by pressing one of the many buttons that are in the corridors. We hope to be able to see you again, perhaps in different period, some that you will appreciate the services of our apartment.
