It is important for the people of Patna to know the reality. ANY REVIEWS where all ratings are 5 star are FAKE. It cannot be true. I would rate 2 out of 5 stars to this clinic. I had RCT and zirconium crown constructed here for 2 teeth. I HAD TO UNDERGO RE-RCT at Pune upon return. Please find an honest feedback:- PROs:- They sanitise the equipments well, at-least they did so for me Dr. Rakesh is well spoken and polite and patiently tries to answer questions CON:- This clinic does not have a XRAY unit and other advanced machines which are present in almost all International Grade dentists. So when they did RCT on my upper premolar teeth, I kept complaining of pressure pain and uncomforted but the doctor insisted this will go away. When I came back to Pune and did a thorough investigation, the RCT was not done properly and there were lot of tissues remaining. So the experts in Pune did a RE-RCT for me and I repent spending 23000 at this Apollo Clinic in Patna and then spending 12000 again in Pune for RERCT. Also, because they do not have a XRAY they have failed to see cavity on upper Wisdom tooth which was causing sensation to cold water, which again the smart dentist in Pune identified. Also, hygiene wise this is no match to top dentists in India. In the Pune center, for example, every patient is given hair mask and shoe masks , while the Apollo Dental has no clue about such measures. Not only that, instead of boiling the RCT needles, the Pune doctor actually throws them away after every use. So Apollo Dental Care, all reviews being 5 star is something which is not true and I am rating you 2 out of 5 due to the hardships I am facing from your incomplete treatment.
