Chris and the people at Apex Customs were fantastic! They absolutely did an amazing job on our Cadillac with the “Tuxedo” wrap and PPF. Very impressed with their quality of work and will continue to use them in the future.
Where do i even start. After a long time of searching for a auto wraps i found Chris and his team. I brought in my 2025 R1 motorcycle. They were on it and contacted me asap after filling out a contact form. They communicate so well and are on it! I would go in and bother them 24/7 just asking questions and seeing the progress. Chris and his team made me feel welcomed and always made it fun. If you are looking for a top notch team for wraps, PPF, tint or ceramic coating this is THE PLACE to go. I will never be going anywhere else and if you are in the bike community, dont even think about going anywhere else but here!!!!!!

I had Executive Auto wrap my dash in my Jeep because who the heck thought a red dash in a pink Jeep would look good…anyhow it was seamless and perfect. After watching what they had to do to make it happen I then realized that it was no easy task and yet it turned out perfect! Forever a customer!

They did a fantastic job wrapping my 2025 Tesla CyberTruck. High quality work done at a fair price. Oh, they also have a charger on site. Highly recommend.

I had purchased a 2024 GMC Denali that had a wrapped roof by the dealership 2 weeks after purchase I noticed some areas or really just the whole thing! At the dealerships expense I went to Chris to have him remove and wrap the roof correctly! He did a phenomenal job! He was very detailed and took his time to make my Denali look great! I would hands down use Executive Auto Wraps again! Thanks Chris for the 5 ⭐️ service and taking care of my car!

First off, I want to say that I have been in contact with Chris about the issue that I am about to lay out here. My issue though is that I don't think I should have to spend a dime to get what needs fixed, fixed.
7 or so months ago....
I had my car wrapped in Satin Roaring Thunder by Avery Dennison. Underneath on the back fenders and part of my door is another vinyl underneath to give an "embossed" look to the vinyl which looks great. When I went in to check the first time and see how things were going with it the back fender did not have the vinyl I wanted placed underneath like we had previously discussed. So Chris had to remove that (which is a large chunk of vinyl) and he fixed it the way we had discussed.
Fast forward a few days and the car was ready, I had PPF placed on the front bumper and partially over the hood as well to protect the vinyl. I drive it home getting all the looks and park it for the night. The next day I go out to take pictures of it and I notice in the photos the drivers door does not match the flow from the back fender to the front fender. (See pics I have attached.) So, naturally I go see Chris to see if he sees it as well and he said that is the nature of colorshifting wraps and Avery Dennison is not a directional vinyl. I am kind of confused at that point because I had seen other cars wrapped in the same vinyl including on a Mustang like mine and it did not look like this. I tried to forget about it and not let it bother me but everytime I took another picture it just kept sticking out. I started looking online for advice from the Carwraps subreddit and posted a picture and asked if Avery Dennison was directional. Everyone said yes it is directional and for me to take the car back to where it had been wrapped to get the door fixed. I also checked Avery's website and it says on there that the wrap is directional.
4 months ago....
I had some of the vinyl left and cut a small square of it to put over the fender and the door to take pictures of the different way it looks everytime I turned the vinyl. And turning it 180 degrees the back fender matched with it. I sent those to Chris and he said I could come by the shop but it would be $450. Now I understand at this point labor is indeed involved but not quite sure on why I would have to pay to have it fixed. I didn't feel like paying so I just thought I could live with it again.
Today....
First and foremost Chris has been super responsive on texts. I had messaged him about it to get his thoughts on what I had found about people saying it was not right. And he still stated that I wouldn't have to pay the full amount for labor but some form of cost would still be involved. Of course I am still in the camp of it wasn't right when it left the shop, so I shoud not be on the hook for any extra payment. He offered to have me come by the shop next week but will it just be more of the same?
Update: ended up just removing the old wrap since I didn’t have enough wrap left for the door. Also noticed the PPF that I had put on my front bumper was starting to lift in the air vents. I know that the s550 Mustang bumper is difficult to wrap and PPF but with the price that was paid for it, I just wanted it to be done right the first time. So I will end up visiting another shop for my future needs. Also was going through and deleting old texts and came across a gem.

Sorry there has been a miscommunication. There are many pictures of this particular color online and lots of panels have this same look, sort of, depending on the angle the pics are taken. I do recall on one of the trips in which you had came to the shop to ask me, about multiple panels, I told you we COULD replace the panel with the material you have left. However, if the color STILL did not match you would be responsible for a little labor. Typically text messaging is the worse form of communication. 😉 If you need anything else, feel free to CALL. Totally Professional Shop, Chris take pride in their work, you know the work will be done correctly and perfectly. I had Xpel Ultimate Plus 10 applied to my new C8 Z51 HTC Corvette and the car is beautiful. Also installed a hood strip, also beautifully done. They were finishing up on a new Z06 and another Corvette when I brought mine in. They were also perfectly done. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

I came to Chris after having a less than desirable experience elsewhere. Chris did an incredible job! He helped me finish removing a wrap from the previous owner (and all the glue in the cracks and crevices), polished the car, new PPF, and ceramic coated it. Incredible work! A reminder, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend you visit Chris for your wrap, PPF, and ceramic needs.
