I stayed in one of the APAL apartments. It was exactly as advertised. Immaculately clean, well furnished and everything was in good condition. More importantly the service I received was very attentive. They responded very quickly to any enquiry or issue. Providing a toaster and a spare set of bedding within hours of asking. The WhatsApp group they set up to facilitate communication was extremely helpful and no problem was too small for them to respond to. I enjoyed my stay there so much I extended my stay for an additional three months and was offered a discount on the rental without even asking. Dony and Mohannad who liaised with me during my stay were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. I cannot recommend APAL enough. Rent from them with confidence!

They scammed us for a deposit. Never work with this company. We rented for a month to see if the apartment is good and had intentions to stay for a whole summer. The apartment had many issues: cockroaches, mold and bad water pressure, even though it seemed great first. Apal Homes were not helpful at all. Really hard to get ahold of them and when you do, they don't take any responsibility and blame everything on you. When the time came to extend our stay or leave, we decided to leave, informing them 2 weeks in advance through the phone call, which they confirmed. When the day came, they told us we should've texted them so we can show the message and they will not return our deposit because they can't find a new tenant even though the contract was only for a month. 3 days later they found a new tenant and they still refuse to give our deposit back. THOSE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS, SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY AND FIND SOMEBODY ELSE TO WORK WITH!!!

Amazing experience, apartment was really nice and whole staff was very reliable, helpful and attentive. Definetley recommend.

The agency answered here to me that my apartment was not for a short term, yes they wanted to take it for a long term and I’m agreed 👌 I waited for the agent for a week so that he would just go take a photo! I have photo a dialogue about how I’ve been waiting a week to go take a photo and the agent says “tomorrow”, “tomorrow” and as a result I signed an agreement with another agency who did everything in a day! I’m not talking just for short term ! You just write only 50% of our dialog

I stayed 5 months at Marina Skyview tower in a nice furnished studio. A wonderful experience. Good location near the bus and tram stations. Thanks to Doni and Sadaf for their good service.

The residence is good. Team support very reactive. Concierge team really lovely. The only problem was the humidity. Walls in the corridor are damaged about that. it is a shame !
