Any Clean was amazing! My housemates and I are Queen’s students, and we wanted to have our house deep cleaned before moving back for the school year. They drove all the way from Ottawa and truly cared about the quality of their work. They kept in touch throughout the cleaning and called several times to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted done so they could do the best job possible. I’m so excited to move back into a fresh, clean house and start the school year off right. I would definitely recommend Any Clean!

Quick to book and right on time. Did a walkthrough as had just had minor renovations and house is being puy up for sale. Did the cleaning I didn’t have time for! Highly recommend.

Cleaners came by at the specified time and cleaned to our specifications. They missed one small section but other than that the service was great. I booked far in advance but I didn't need to and couldn't booked a couple days in advance if I needed a rush job it seems. All in all I'm happy with the service!

Hired Anyclean for a move-in deep clean of a 4-level, 4-bedroom townhome in Oakville. The house had only been lived in for a year so it wasn't especially dirty, and they still did the job properly instead of a quick pass. Every kitchen cabinet and drawer cleaned inside, all the appliances done inside and out, all the toilets disinfected, glass and chrome left spotless. They also deep cleaned the carpets in all four bedrooms plus the stairs and landings. Quoted line by line up front, and the price didn't change on the day. Lana and her team were easy to deal with. The house feels new.

The house seemed cleaner before they came in. There is a white powder residue all over the interior of my oven, which I'm now going to have to go back and clean again. This is not the only area of concern in the house. Our concerns were brought to management and they told me we had different expectations of a house clean. Great costumer service. Good cleaners. Terrible website that sets them up to fail. The cleaners were fantastic and fast. But the WEBSITE lies all over the place. The website clearly stated NOT to take anything out of the fridge (In at least three different places on the website!), that the cleaners would do that. But the cleaners showed on their instructions that *I* needed to empty the fridge, and refused to clean my fridge! The website says that you won't be billed until after the cleaning is done, but I was billed the day before. I suspect at this point the website was created by AI and no one is able to take responsibility for it. Both I and the cleaner contacted the management to complain and they just said they would "change the website" rather than offer any apology to the cleaner, or any refund to me, when they only did two thirds of the job I hired them for!

Paid for a move-in service and the cleaners missed the bathroom completely. Flooring was not cleaned well and some baseboards were missed. Cobwebs were everywhere. Company didn’t provide any compensation because I didn’t see the problems quickly enough, due to living out of town.

Would not recommend to anyone, clean was very low quality and company seems to try and gaslight customers, promising 2 cleaners for the job, but then only having one show up, but still charging the higher hourly rate for one cleaner for a couple of hours. Nearly $100 per hour for one cleaner to do a basic clean, along with the additional charge for bringing supplies is ridiculous. When you bring the matter to their attention they say that was what was agreed upon all along, so if anyone out there wants a very subpar basic clean (not deep clean or move out clean) for over $100 per hour with supplies, feel free to try this company, lol.
