It’s unfortunate 0 starts is not an option.
Used this company to clean a vacant unit before moving in and it’s basically a scam. I returned 5 hours later and found many missed areas still dusty, I also found they did not do the fridge, stove or oven, nor did they move appliances and clean behind them, when I called them to return I was told “sorry the app didn’t tell us to clean the appliances” after that was finally completed they left again for me to find they still misses the drawers in the fridge which they had to return a 3rd time to complete. One vent was left completely full of dust and the excuse was “we don’t have anything long enough to reach it” ….you're a cleaning company who doesn’t have the required tools to complete your job? I basically paid $600 for nothing. When I spoke to the person in charge his response was only to apologize and offer 10% off my next service. It’s a joke, they scam you and basically do nothing after stealing your money. I would never trust them again so the comical 10 % off offer is as useless as the job they did. Hire a reputable company instead that actually stands behind their work.
Clearly the appliance cleaning was included hence the price I paid and the fact they came back twice to complete what they missed, I paid for a FULL DEEP CLEAN so this response clearly shows a lack of taking responsibility, also I’m not sure if you have no records of my name yet you knew who I was to call me only after this review was posted.
You should be honest in your responses rather than trying to paint an inaccurate picture to try and save face over the fact you clearly don’t care about your customers once you’ve been paid.
The fact I paid cash and paid it directly to your team is completely irrelevant, what difference does it make how I paid? I have proof of payment via cash and ET, and at the time I had the issues the company was not on Google and I was unable to leave a review, if it was possible to leave one then I would have done so and tried to help other from being scammed the same way.

And no, as per the rude and aggressive VM you left me which I will also post to show people how you deal with customers I do not clean my house every “20 years” like you said, I just don’t re-hire a company to do more jobs when they clearly don’t care to actually do what they are hired to do and are dishonest…so I’m not sure where you were trying to go with that silly question.
Also I should not have to inspect your work multiple times, if you actually do your job and do it well it should be to standard the first time so once again that falls on you not the customer.
