The food is “good” service is very bad 1- the servant was hugging her coworker while doing my espresso macchiato missed to put milk then I had to remind her 2- they are wearing filthy aprons, not paying attention to customers nor the recipes there preparing 3- avoid if possible

Desilusión... hoy visite en el lugar por primera vez. Esperaba que fuera como en las fotos y sugerencias de mas personas. Las bebidas estuvieron deliciosas aunque esperaba el iconico vaso con el logo o las tazas bonitas que uno ve en fotos de la página. El baño del segundo piso estaba demasiado sucio, las mesas tambien estaban sucias... espero puedan ser mas considerados en esos detalles que son de suma importancia para los visitantes.

Bought 3 pieces of cheesecake to bring back to hotel. Took first bite and pulled a LONG HAIR out of the center of the slice. Needless to say everyone was grossed out and all the cheesecake was discarded. Waste of $31 (not gonna take an hour round trip subway ride to try and get a refund).

Cute place, but the cashier with the hoodie is kinda rude and clueless regarding their menu. The bathroom could be cleaner as well.
