I received more relief in one session with Alex , then I’ve had going to two different chiropractors in two months. Before Alex, I could barely walk, let alone put on my socks. In one session I was able to stretch farther then I have in months. His knowledge of the anatomy of the body amazed me. He coached me on exercises that will help. I was so impressed I booked consistent appointments ahead of time.

Alex is the kind of person who genuinely cares about helping you heal and find a solution to your discomfort. He spent a lot of time working on the muscles in my back causing me pain and had great communication while doing so. My back was so locked up my chiropractor couldn't even get by back to pop, but Alex had my range of motion and flexibility up and was able to get my back to pop back into place by the end of the session. One of the deepest massages I've ever had! Alex spent time on trouble areas that most other massage therapists overlook. I also appreciated being able to get such a high quality massage in the comfort of my own home. I'll definitely be booking Alex again and referring him to all of my friends.

Alex was EXCEPTIONAL! Best massage experience I have ever had. He was knowledgeable and informative. Super friendly and just awesome. He cares about resolving the concerns you have about the pain points in your body. He gave me tips on how to stay on top of the pain. I would recommend 10 times out of 10.

I 10/10 recommend going to alex I went in today in a lot of pain and when I left felt 110% better he explained everything in detail amd is very respectful, if your looking to get the best massage of your life he’s the one!!!!
