The container says 8.6 OZ. Would it not be easier to use a container for 8.6 OZ, rather than getting a container half full. Maybe this is sales tactics, it just don't feel right when you open the container and it's only half full.i have been using this product at least two years, and will continue, just concerned about the appearance of deception.

Is not tasteless.
I bought this because it said the powder was tasteless so you could put it in your coffee, for example. I've had other collagen powders that were tasteless. My coffee tasted very different after putting this product in a scoop. musty flavor. I tried it once more to give it a 2nd chance and the same result. it doesn't taste good. unfortunately, amazon will not let me return it, after trying it.. so I would not recommend it.

NOT. A. FAN. THIS STUFF IS GRITTY EVEN IN HOT BLENDED COFFEE
UPDATE-After many cups of hot coffee which I blend in my blender this stuff still has a weird taste and is gritty. I will NOT purchase this “non-flavored” stuff again. Ick.Trying this product for the first time after trying 2 different ones that I really like. Two cups of coffe in and I don’t care for this powder not dissolving in super hot coffee. It has a crunchy mouth feel that is not pleasant. Much like when you add fine pink salt which had minerals in it. The other two powder brands I’ve used and liked in the past. It does not taste good either. You should not be able to taste it.

Not worth the price
The container comes only half full and it’s pretty small considering how expensive it is. It also tastes terrible and doesn’t dissolve well at all. It just clumps together in chunks. I’ve been drinking it for about a week, so not sure if it provides any health benefits.

Oily and Nasty
I was excited to try when it arrived today, but oh boy it was a mistake. I have had different brands before and never had the experience I had today. I mixed it with my coffee and it was like an oil slick. It tasted and felt like I had just taken a gulp of vegetable oil. Not sure if this is a bad batch or supposed to be like that. Terrible!
