Good service with follow up
I had placed my order and prior to shipping the Anaya team showed me via WhatsApp chat. I changed my order because I didn’t like what I had ordered. I paid the difference and then was delay because of some mixup. The team apologized and expressed couriered my items. The items received are the same as shown in their catalogue. Thank you for rectifying and processing my order fast.

DO NOT BUY, POOR QUALITY DUPLICATES WITH NO RETURNS
I'm so upset. It was NOT what was shown in the picture. I spent 2.3k rupees for a half saree(white pink pongal) & it was such a disappointment I could cry 😭 I'm on a time crunch, too. Wanted to wear this for my son's 3rd birthday. Now I have to buy another. The blouse was SO cheap & rough feeling. A terrible imitation as to what was in the picture. They STOLE the picture from a more reputable site. I wish I'd taken the 1 star reviews more seriously ☹️ Do NOT make the same mistake we did! You will be better off burning that money. They should be ashamed for charging as much as they do! 😡 Just shameful. Never buying here EVER again!
Beautiful Sarees
Received the sarees as same in their website, colours were outstanding. This is my 1st time ordering sarees online. I was skeptical but when they connected with me on WhatsApp, I was happy. Excellent service and beautiful sarees. Definitely will start purchasing more of their collections.
I loved the garment and its fabric quality and also the rates are cheap...looking forward for new collection 😍
