They were professional and very communicative, both to schedule and as the tech was arriving. They were also transparent with pricing and fixed the minor issues we had. Was recommended by a neighbor. I called to make an appointment and they came out that afternoon..my Genie opener was making a loud screeching noise..the tech said I needed to replace the operator.he told me of a couple of options, I settled on a belt drive opener 1hp Liftmaster with battery backup.. he said I needed to replace the standard dual torsion springs -charged$1,065 ( cost on Amazon $116.99 or $128.99 and $75.99) so I guess his labor was $865. (the expected labor cost should be between $150 to -$350) The Liftmaster 6580L he charged $1,440 (Amazon $486.68 plus a new rail. Expect to pay between $650 and $900 total..Professional labor $200 to $400. Turnkey installation $650 to $800 is standard. The 8' rail is listed at $115 to $130. THE TOTAL CHARGE FOR THE NEW OPERATOR WAS $1,440 (can you say RIPOFF and totally OVER CHARGED) My total bill for 1 opener and two sets of springs plus $375 to service all three garage doors was $3,305. I have called the company 4 times to discuss the bill. I HAVE LEFT WOOD FOR DON TO CALL ME 3 times - said he was on the road and would call me. I thought I was dealing with Fix N Go but when I made out the check it was to Garage Door Repair Service so I guess they farm it out without my knowledge and the other company can charge what ever they want or can get away with. This does not say much for Fix N Go's reputation, If they even cared - with the lack of professional integrity and shoddy service I DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY -it is such a shame that businesses today don't have reliable customer services and stand behind their work.

This company installed a "lift master" garage door opener less than 2 years ago, when they came out to determine why the motor was not working , we discovered the technician had used an old extension cord he found in my garage for a power source, (not even a 3 prong cord) tells me he can't fix the motor , that they only warranty their work for 1 year and for me to deal with "Lift Master" to resolve. They never sent the receipt when the work was initially done , totally unprofessional, if you use this company ...Good Luck

The top of our garage door broke and the mount for the opener pulled out. We assumed we might have to get a new door. Based on good Yelp reviews, we called to get an estimate for a potential repair or replacement. Amazingly, a technician (Jorge) was available to come out the same day. He took a look at the door and said it could be repaired. Plus he would make adjustments to the springs and do some other maintenance for a very reasonable charge. We're happy with the result!

Excellent service all around, starting with a prompt response via Yelp. I messaged late evening around 8pm and AMR was able to schedule a tech for the next day. Gabriel showed up 30 minutes ahead of the 2-hour window. He was personable and attentive to the stated issues and then made assessments before starting and conducting a comprehensive repair. He exercised care throughout the hour-long repair. He answered maintenance questions with patience. Will definitely request Gabriel again!

They sent a technician because the key would not get in to open manually. Technician tried his master, and said it does'nt work and i need a new motor for $2,000 plus. it did'nt make sense. Got a second opinion from Sentry. The tech used a small screw driver and got the key to work in one minute. Main desk very nice and prompt. Incompetent technician.

i wish I new We had a liftmaster system installed. However when we needed to have the application set up on our devices we’ve learned that the person that came out to my home to give the estimate were falsly advertising. We were told afterwards that the remote unit does not work properly with AT&T. Also the represnetative I spoke with were un professional and rude. Stinks
