Remember when you billed me for items not provided or delivered on, and promised to “talk with the team” to resolve issues, then ignored all my emails? Or when you asked for a positive review using the QR code included with a handover/completion gift? Sadly the gift joined the list of things that were promised but never actually delivered. 👎 Avoid this company!

Please please, be very careful while signing the contract and scheduling the payment. Never pay all money in advance. Until I paid the bigger part of money, they were very responsive and amazing people. After the major payments cleared, quality of work dropped, communication reduced. I had to follow up for weeks and weeks to get the little jobs done and get the keys. Even some tasks were lingered on until a few months after I got the keys. They claim construction time 16-20 weeks, but apart from the approval time of 3 to 4 months, it took them more than 8 months for the construction only. So it took almost one year for the entire process. The footpath was damaged during construction due to the company's vehciles movement. I notified the project manager and he said they will sort it out after the completion. After completion, they did not repair the foot path. council sent me a bill of $ 3800 for Foot Path repair. I called the Amescorp team and the project manager, but neither they responded to my emails, nor to my calls or messages. I paid $ 3800 from my pocket to the council for Foot Path repair. It was the builders responsibility to fix that as the damaged occurred during construction. While I am trying to claim back the amount from the builder, but they are not responding to my emails or mesages at all. The cabling for internet was not done at all as was agreed in the original proposal. Now I am unable to connect internet to the grany flat. The gas meter was installed and there was massive leakage. I did not know until I recieved the massive bills for gas while no one was using the gas during construction of the flat. Although they fixed the issue, but one of the bills is still outstanding that was result of the gas leakage. I am not happy with the quality of work. Firstly, Not completed on time frame as they commit 16 to 20 weeks. It was so much waste of time chasing little tasks and I had to remind the project manager again and again. I have been sending them emails again again but no response because I have cleared all the payments. I think its my mistake that I trusted them and cleared all the payments in advance.

From the beginning, Ramon Dunlany was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding us through the planning and sales process. Throughout construction, Danny Lazar did an excellent job as project coordinator, always being approachable, responsive, and willing to assist whenever questions arose. As with many construction projects, there were some delays along the way, which at times was frustrating. However, the team remained professional, kept us informed, and stayed focused on delivering a quality result. The finished granny flat has been completed to a high standard, and we are very pleased with the workmanship, presentation, and overall quality of the build. I am now in my granny flat built by Amescorp and I love it, I love the design,, the workmanship, the material, the finishes, the appliances, the end product, the lot, exactly what I asked for. At all times Amescorp's approach was professional, responsive and accomodating to all the changes I asked for, which caused delays, but mostly of my making. In particular I recommend and I am grateful to Danny Lazar Project Manager/builder, highly competent with attention to details , obliging and most helpful , who kept me in the loop of every step as the project progressed, and Jayden in the office, in particular for her professional advice on the finishes and appliances.Their support and input made the whole project run smoothly with minimal anticipated stress. Construction started in October and still not turned over (over 7 months now!). The team at Amescorp are good people to work with. Unfortunately, they had issues with their sub-contractors which significantly delayed our project. Just some pointers: (1)Double check the kitchen design. As my photo shows, there is a window right where the sink is. The silicone in mine would likely mould in due time as water would splatter over the window from the kitchen sink when cleaning dishes. (The foreman says it's ok though.) (2) Be careful also about the council fees. They advised it would just be around 5-6k but my bill came to 21k. (3) Make sure also you don't let their tradies use your water hoses or any of your facilities for that matter. Their workers broke my retractable water hose.

Not recommend to any one.Lack of proper planning and they always have lots of excuse. No one answer to the phine calls, messages oe email. Initially they said, they will finish in 16 to 20 weeks, but its being more than 7 months after rhe approval, still waiting to be finished. Conclusion not recommend to any one.
