Rob completed a home inspection for my new home purchase last week. Not only was he so professional (and kind) he made two return trips to verify one key detail that was of concern to me. I highly recommend him to anyone wishing for an inspector who shows up on time, returns phone calls and took plenty of time and really helped an anxious buyer (me) with follow up emails and reporting. I’m so appreciative.
Rob did an amazing job with inspection for a recent house that we were planning to buy. He managed everything from coordinating with the seller's realtor to get access to the property to set up Radon test kit 2 days before the actual inspection date, to doing a very thorough investigation of the house. His inspection is very comprehensive including photos, videos, comments spanning over 3+ hours (whole house, sewer scope, Radon(48 hours), termite and pest), which allow us to make a very informed decision whether to move ahead with a contract or to withdraw. Highly recommend him to everyone looking to get an in-depth inspection of their future home.
