Stay way from those scammers. 8 month after signing a contract nothing was done … they ignore you , and have a lady picks up the phone names Daisy. That she has no clue she have to always say I’ll get back to you. Go back to the crooks. Ask them what to say. Come back to you and give you some nonsense. Continue please sing pyramid into your house without actually even paying for the permit just to delay from doing the job somewhere else eventually when I cancel my contract with my finance company the place at my house and I’m in process of suing them. Stay away from them I went ahead and I filed a complaint and the Better Business Bureau and I realize that I’m not alone complaining about the same issues

I had to give 1 star because there’s no option for 0 stars. Ordered a set of doors, waited 2 months to hear on a ETA to then learn that my order was never processed. An order of 10k…They never even apologized or tried to help just told me they would reimburse me. 2 months later and still having to call every week and no refund yet. They’ve held over $5k for 3 months now and I no doors or $$ back

Mr. Guillermo Alvarez was exceptionally knowledgeable about the company and the sales process. He provided us with every detail of the work that is going to be conducted on our property. And until now everything he has said has happened. We are extremely happy we got Mr. Alvarez as our sales manager.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! BEWARE. I contracted directly with the president for new doors for my home and gave a 50% deposit. After many weeks of emails with no responses and phone calls with no response I finally get an email stating they cannot build the doors as outlined within the contract so I cancelled the contract and requested a full refund of my deposit. Again after many emails with no results I went to their office and met with the president who ultimately issue me a post dated check in the amount of my deposit. I deposited their check on the date he posted it for and it was returned by my bank 3 days later. I called and emailed the president multiple times giving him the opportunity to make good on the check and all I get is dishonest and evasive responses. They left me no choice but to file formal complaints with the state attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau and to date this issue has not been resolved.

American Impact Windows has been the worst company we ever got a service from. Mike (CEO) came to our house for the sale in November. As a good sales guy he promised, sold his product and we trusted him. Windows were to be installed within 16 weeks max, never happened. After my husband going to their office and sit there for hours he was able to speak to Mike and get the windows before end of May since I was pregnant and baby was due end of May. We got the installation end of May after my husband keeping calling them every week for 3 months to make sure we were on track. Installation was terrible, they did not covered any furniture, they left the house impossible to live in with so much dust, besides that, I was 38 weeks pregnant. Mike then promised a reduction of $500 to cover deep cleaning. After a couple days Mike called to work in the financing since the financing with the bank they got us approved initially had expired (as per Mike). He got another bank to run my husbands score and get the financing. He provided another reduction in the cost because how bad the entire experience had been. 2 weeks later we get a call from the bank we got approved at first saying we had to pay them $2,800 since American Impact Window withdrew that amount in November. It’s been now more than 2 months and we are still trying to get American impact window to solve this since we are already paying g the financing with this other bank. Besides that, it’s been over 2 months installation happened and we still don’t have inspection. We found out they installed our windows without a permit and this is why we don’t even have an inspection scheduled. Now we are being told by American Impact window that we have to pay the money they took from the first bank and after the inspection we will have to pay another amount to total the full amount. They are telling us Mike didn’t give us the credit due to all the mess they left in the house neither the discount due to the terrible service, misleading sales they provided. We are paying for windows that are not even approved by the city yet, even though Mike guaranteed we wouldn’t start paying before inspection. This company is a fraud! Mike hasn’t answered any calls fir months, the only person who talks now is his secretary. Mike was good to come over and do the sales and after that he has been gone and showing how untrustworthy his business is.

After shopping around, I chose this company for the impact windows for my home and other properties, and I was blown away. The quality of product is the best you can possibly get for the price and the service was even better. Emil helped us along the way and it was a breath of fresh air to have someone this honest and knowledgeable to guide us through the process. The installation team was very fast and had attention to detail. I am very picky about using contractors and this company exceeded all expectations. If you need impact windows look no further.
