I was promised every part was covered on engine tranny all motors such as window motors, all engine, parts, transmission, parts, drivetrain parts, radiator, and parts for $123 a month and I said to the saleswoman that’s it I’m covered, and as I began asking another question, she had hung up, after she received my money..

She TOOK (STOLE) MY MONEY AND HUNG UP!!!! And now I can’t get a hold of anybody from American dream, having used the information they had given me. All I have is an email and a phone number and so that’s it. I CAN NOT get a hold of anyone!!! The first time I looked up their reviews I saw nothing but wonderful things, now I realize it’s some sort of an AI created-reviews However after looking it up a few different ways, not directly from them, the reviews are awful many saying the same things they took their money and suddenly when they bring it to the dealership, nothing is covered, the language of the contract makes it so you get screwed and they have already taken your money. The second time and suddenly nothing but TERRIBLE REVIEWS !!!! Especially regarding all the parts I just described as suddenly now not fully covered and people are losing their minds and I have tried calling back 9x I have tried emailing and I can’t get hold of a person to save my life.She said I would get my contract within a minute via email NEVER came. I’ve been trying since I hung up with her to contact them again and I can’t get through to these people. They contacted me originally because I put in my car to find out the costs ON THEIR WEBSITE so my phone was ringing off the hook by them and now I can’t get a hold of anyone but they did take my $123. So already five minutes after coverage and contract completion and they’re taking my money I can’t get a hold of anyone from AMERICAN NIIGHTMARE!!! so now I am going to get a refund and do what everybody else does USE ENDURANCE!!!!. In my experience it’s a scam. Don’t use AMERICAN DREAM IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!! I will continue to update my reviews
