This statement relates to concerns involving *** lead ownership, commission transparency, and unpaid compensation with American Alternative Assets.Based on my experience as a customer and independent contractor, I observed what management described as pilot programs within the companys HubSpot CRM system. These systems, based on my understanding from leadership discussions and written communications, functioned as internally developed algorithms influencing assignment of active client **************** practice, I observed lead reassignments where opportunities in progress were moved out of the original contractors name and reassigned within the company, affecting commission attribution.After raising concerns with ***** and ******, I understood through discussion and written communication that the system behavior I identified was acknowledged. I declined participation due to concerns regarding fairness and transparency.I reviewed CRM activity, lead history, and commission records and concluded that opportunities I generated were reassigned, impacting compensation I believe was earned. Certain commission amounts were also acknowledged as owed but remain unresolved.This raises concerns regarding transparency in ************ sales processes, and commission accounting within Gold *** and precious metals investment services.This statement reflects my personal experience, observations, and documentation.
