They were amazing years ago; it's disorganized now. Meds take long times to deliver now AND today my dose was plain WRONG and I am getting no response. I'm sad. I feel ignored. I just paid $900 for 3 items and it's wrong. This is such a bummer because they were so good for so long.

This company in my opinion need better systems to ensure you get the prescriptions that you pay a lot of money for on time to maintain the proper regimen the practitioners prescribe. Can’t speak for others but this experience was northing short of a money grab. Make sure you do your due diligence and check to ensure they can keep you supplied with on time deliveries so that you can maintain a consistent regime.
You can tell the team here truly cares about their patients. Best medical experience I’ve had in years.

They did not notify me when they stopped doing primary Care they made me call and need help to tell me they couldn't help me anymore because they are not a primary care anymore this is a worthless company do not go there if you value your life

I would NOT recommend Amazing Meds
When I first started with Amazing Meds, 1.5 years ago, I felt they were attentive and truly cared for their clients. Every interaction with them, since, has been on the decline, today being the nail in the coffin. They told me they were in network with my insurance company, which is untrue. They scheduled a consult with my husband, they didn't show up for and rescheduling was a complete nightmare, we gave up. The appointment was with the owner, no less and he didn't respond or reach out at any time. We left messages for the manager, no response. I had an appointment today and Vanessa called me this morning, 5 hours prior to my appointment and said they had to reschedule because their provider didn't see clients in my state at the time I was scheduled. Why was this brought to my attention today when I have been scheduled for a week and a half? She offered me times that didn't align with my schedule and I had to tell her that twice because she just wasn't listening to me. There are so many other companies out there that offer the same services. Business must be good because Amazing Meds is not concerned with retention. I do NOT recommend this company on any level. At least the influencer is getting her kickback. Midi is is network and was very upfront and transparent in letting me know this.

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING AMAZING MEDS and save yourself the frustration and disappointment, ladies. They can and will not hold up their part of the bargain, and then blame you when you get upset for the lack of customer service. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct their mistakes. Still, they would repeatedly blame the pharmacies and or FedEx or UPS and take no ownership. They would never have a shipping number, even though they said it was shipped. They constantly danced around their lies. You can call, email, or text, and possibly receive a return message stating, 'I'm working on it.' Days would go by, weeks, and then you would message them again. Let me see. They respond again. Fifteen days, thirty days, thousands of dollars, and with no ownership over what they claim they can provide, but they would take your money right away. We ladies come to them with already stressed bodies, asking for the help that they stated they can provide, and then they make you beg for the product you purchased from them to make yourself feel better. One manager stated, "What do you want me to say?" I said admit to doing a terrible job supplying what you are offering and fix it, and have some empathy for the women trusting you". She hung up on me!
